Rylan knew I left I said pointing at the door
Is he your husband? he asked taking a step forward
He's our best friend I shrugged
Why are you acting like this is fine you would be as worried as I am right now if I did this shit! he slightly yelled
Not if you told Rylan I said sitting down on the edge of the bed he growled in frustration
What is so important that you have to leave without telling anyone you cheating or something he asked I looked at him with a "Are you serious" look I stood up now pissed
I'm not one of your little high school girlfriends you see THIS it's a wedding ring if you don't trust me then you can take it right back I said taking the ring off throwing it at him it's aggravating on how he always thinks I'm cheating I grabbed the duffle bag out of the closet grabbing my phone
Where are you going he asked grabbing my arm
Oh ya know my "boyfriend's" house I said putting air quotes I rolled my eyes ripping my hand from his grip "YOU HEAR THAT RYLAN" I yelled as I walked out of my room
What he asked walking out of his room "Where are you going" he asked looking at the duffle bag
I'll be back when Lamar get's his shit together so for now call me Veronica Rodrigo I said shooting a glare at Lamar walked out of the house sweeping up my shoes going to my car

V? What are you doing here? Steve asked as I walked up to the building Steve told me about once
Oh Lamar and I are.... I paused holding u my hand showing the missing ring
Divorced?! You okay?! he asked pulling me into a hug I chuckled
I'm fine but no we're not divorced we're just taking a break he's being a child he thinks I'm always cheating on him when I'm gone I said rolling my eyes
Sounds like a child he nodded making me chuckle "Come on" he said placing his hand on my lower back as we walked in Natasha was the first to greet me pulling me into a friendly hug we looked at each other as the cup on the coffee table began to move we walked out the others joining us as a ship landed on the ground soon Tony and another girl walked off the ship a pretty girl walking out from under the ship as we headed inside everyone all started talking Tony getting overwhelmed and soon passing out
I'll keep an eye on Pepper and Tony you go figure out a plan or something I said
You sure he asked I nodded
I have nothing else to do I shrugged he nodded giving me a quick hug before walking to the others I walked into the room sitting in the chair in the corner chatting with Pepper to keep her distracted so she wont get worked up
