Slight NSFW warning for this chapter, though there's nothing very explicit by any means--just regular teenage horniness, I guess you could say.
"Got that good shit today," Matthias said happily, digging underneath his pillows for a moment before pulling out a plastic bag full of pre-rolled blunts, plopping it down on the bed. The pair had gone up to Matthias' room after supper, allowing Maike to catch up on Days Of Our Lives as they continued their mischief.
Lukas blinked at him in shock, before lowering his eyes to the bag as he hung Matthias' jacket up on a nearby desk chair. He couldn't believe what he was seeing; Matthias had actually provided The Good Shit™ this time? "Where the fuck did you get that?" he asked, incredulous. Surely Matthias hadn't bought it himself, he had to have snagged it from someone else.
"Alfred's girlfriend didn't like him smoking it, so he gave it to me! Isn't that great? Now we won't have to share your cigarettes for a while." Matthias looked so stupidly happy and proud of himself, his pretty blue eyes shining with mirth as he reached into the bag and pulled out one of the blunts. If there was anything Lukas loved more than smoking, it was Matthias' eyes, which perfectly reflected the sapphire hues of the sky--of course, he'd never tell Matthias that.
He made a mental note to tell Matthias he wasn't going to be buying him any more cigarettes, before glancing down at the bag once again and shrugging lightly. "Ever smoked that before?"
"Uh..." Matthias' face fell and he tilted his head, looking very much like a sorrowful puppy. Lukas' heart melted at the sight. "...No. Do you have to do something different?"
"Not really," not like Lukas had smoked them either, but he'd watched people smoking them before, "but we shouldn't smoke that here unless you want your whole room to smell like ass." He proceeded to rifle through Matthias' drawers for a nice set of dry clothes to borrow; they would all be oversized, of course, but Lukas didn't really mind that much. He settled on a flannel shirt and some jeans, rolling up both the sleeves and the pant legs respectively after he'd changed in the closet.
Matthias wolf-whistled at Lukas jokingly (?) when he came out of the closet, and Lukas gave him a good hard shove, his face red. "What? You look cute."
Lukas gave him a searching, confused look before sitting back down on the bed, flustered; he wished it was easier to tell when Matthias was joking or not. Not that he cared, really.
Matthias seemed to brush the whole thing off like it was nothing to Lukas' surprise and immediately started talking again. "I'll get my keys and tell Maike we're going to the arcade or something." Matthias chuckled softly and shoved the blunt he'd pulled out back in the bag, not even sealing it before he shoved it in his pocket and launched himself off of his bed. Lukas chuckled quietly in amusement, somewhat recovering from his flustered state, standing up as well and following Matthias as he paraded downstairs.
"So where are we going?" Lukas asked, curiously.
"We can go to the park if you want-"
"No, people would notice a random truck in the parking lot at this hour. They've started doing police patrols ever since that lady's kid got lost. You know the chief's pretty dead set on finding him."
Lukas would've suggested another place, but he was abruptly shushed by Matthias when Maike came out of the kitchen. Matthias plastered on a large smile for his aunt before announcing suspiciously loudly, "Heyyyyy, Maike! Lukas and I were gonna go to the arcade, is that okay?"
Maike gave Matthias an odd look but shrugged. "You're basically an adult now, go crazy." She then continued on upstairs, presumably to change into pajamas, humming softly.
