Tip of the Sword
You're not really afraid of the tip of the sword,
You're afraid of what will happen next.
The wound will be very painful,
But it will not be the reason for your tears,
You're not afraid of "death",
You're afraid of the regrets that come after.
Unfinished business,
Broken promises,
Unspoken feelings,
Those are the things that you're afraid of.
So don't cry-
When the tip of the sword
Lacerate your flesh.
I am the angel of death,
And if it's your time,
It's your time.
