I want to be free
Yet it's hard to run-
Without a light,
Without a path.I know I want to be free
For I want to be anywhere but here.I want to be free,
But I am not caged,
Nor chained.I want to be free,
Yet this is already what they call freedom.I can go wherever I want,
Fly on any country,
Any time.I even paid tickets,
Just to be anywhere-
But I never realized
That a rope can set me free.I thought freedom-
Feels like paradise
And smells like roses.Yet I only got this-
An infinite darkness.
