𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 8, 1977It was a cold and cloudy. Grey and dull. Yet Regulus and I decided to work outside.
We had been invited to sit with some slytherin's to study but decided not to join them. We liked to study alone together. Where no one would disturb us. The main court just so happened to empty today. Everyone else was inside, where the joyful laughter brightened the mood.
"One week into school and the professor's are already giving us quizzes!" Regulus said slightly irritated.
"Pretty sure they have nothing better to do then torture their students with quizzes, Reg" I said sarcastically looking at him.
Regulus rolled his eyes. "They have it out for me!"
"You're being dramatic."
"Tell me Stasia, did you have quizzes this week? Do you have to study because you have an exam tomorrow? No!"
I looked at him blankly "you're going crazy, Regulus."
"My professor's hate me!"
"Pretty sure they hate everyone at the moment. They had to come back and teach intolerable children after being on holiday for two months."
"They have something against me" Regulus said while flipping threw his charms book.
I let out a small laugh.
While Regulus was trying to study for charms I began to read the instructions for my Transfiguration homework.

McGonagall likes a well written explanation.Regulus had finished studying and the quietness was slowly fading as students began to come down for dinner. Two of those students were Sirius and James.
"Anastasia! Lovely to see- oh." He had noticed that I was with Regulus. Sirius' ego that he had a few seconds ago had gone when he saw Regulus.
Both Sirius and Regulus didn't know what to say. They hadn't spoken since Sirius had ran away to the Potter's.
I looked between them. "Well aren't you two going to say something?"
Regulus looked at me "They're blood traitors and we don't speak to blood traitors" and spoke directly at me.
Sirius looked as if his heart had been ripped out.
"Hey! I'm not go-" James was stopped.
"It's alright, prongs. It's clear we're not wanted here" he said with anger and pain in his voice.
I waited for them to leave before I said anything to Regulus. "What the hell, Regulus?! Since when do you think that way? You spent a whole train ride with two muggle-borns and got along with them. People who you were taught to hate but can't even say a simple hello to your brother! Can't even look at him because he's a blood traitor?!"
He said nothing.
"I've taught you better. I helped you learn that your parents morals were wrong. But you go on and act like them?! You promised that you would talk to him!"
"Well maybe he should be the one talking to me. He left. He abandoned me! Sirius should be apologizing to me! I'm sorry that I did that but I'm not sorry that I hurt him... because he hurt me."

Let's all thank my weird obsession with buying HP related stuff because I bought a Unofficial Harry Potter spell book. And that's the only way I could have so easily gotten the spells or else I would have been on google searching for a long time :)
