⭒Back and Forth⭒

I stand on a rock that stands tall and strong,
Listening to the waves and the wind's song.

Pierced my sight through the fire ball
That rested undisturbed far above all.

I looked at the flame ball and heaved a sigh.
Then looked back at the route I climbed,
Day and night.

My mind paced Back and Forth
Of What I've seen, What the Next beholds.

I've been seven steps away from death.
Will I travel six more in the Next?

I've lived through fire and ice.
Will I again, if they're stronger just as twice?

I've stayed happy here and there.
Will my smile, in the Next, go rare?

I've made friends on the way till here.
Will I, after my next step, go lonely forever?

I've lived hunger- satisfied ever till now.
Will I, at least, be able to scrap dust from the ground?

My mind paced Back and Forth
Of What I've seen, What the Next beholds.

I've seen and survived so this much.
Do I need more or is this enough?

Will the ground be softer after traveling through stones?

Will I completely be happy after staying all alone?

Will I feel warmth after running through the cold?

Well, it remains all unknown.

But all I see now,
Is the line where the sea touches the sky.
The line that fills me with hopes from deep inside.

I want to live to explore,
To write my story even more.
To open each and every single door
That had held me back in Before.

And just like that, time had stopped.
So did my travel to Back and Forth.

I close my eyes.
And take a dive.

To the vast ocean where my fate awaits.
I'll carry on my route through pain and rage.
I'll fulfil my worth for which I was made.

I'll live my life every day
Till the moment I'm no longer awake.
I'm not worried, I'm not Afraid.

Stopped my travel to Back and Forth.
I'll never, hesitate anymore,
Never again to carry on
Till the end and way beyond.
