"Wait, are you crying?!" "Oh come on, don't cry!" This is how my eyes started shining, This is what had happened that night.
"Come on darling, you can't be this weak!" "Why do you take everything to heart?" "People will yell and people will speak, But you can't allow them to tear you apart!"
"You are still so young, You haven't seen anything! When you step into the real world, How will you handle living?"
"Don't let people see your weak side, They'll take advantage of it! They'll take you on their own sweet ride, And you'll surely regret it!"
"It was such a tiny thing! Why would you react this way?" This so called counselling Comprised of all these words people had to say.
The sky was overcast with rain filled clouds, There were bangs of thunder and lightning striking everywhere. I finally broke my silence and asked them to look out, They looked back at me with nothing but a stare.
"What are you trying to say?" "Why does it rain?" I asked. While they looked at each other, The smart one responded...
"When the clouds are overfilled with water, It comes down as rain!" she grinned. "What if I too am overfilled?" I asked. In reply there was only silence, you could only hear the wind...
