He really left me here by myself to pack all this stuff by myself just because I didn't tell him about Rj but he told to get rid of it when I first told him I was pregnant he just tossed me to the side like I was just some hoe he was fucking, it's not like it's a bad thing that I kept his son away from him he didn't even want him so what if I couldn't make up my mind that I wanted to keep him and it's not like I didn't want to tell him it's just that I was going to tell him when he came back home from training camp but I went into labor early and then Rj was in the hospital for the next four months until he was big enough to come home and when he was I didn't know what to do with him and I was too scared to go back home to my momma once she found out I dropped out of college to be with a guy that was a big no-no I felt so scared but then Reggie's mom asked me if I had any friends that would take care of Rj for me and that's why I did it but does he try to understand no he just shuts me down and makes me the bad guy he should be thanking me instead of hating me I thought to myself as I sat on the couch just then the door open and in walks Reggie and Rj. " mommy I've missed you" Rj said you've just seen me Rj" I said. " I love you" he said " I love you too and kissed his cheeks and I felt the couch shift as Reggie sat down and whispered in my ear " I got a car for you to drive the stuff back home" he said I just said okay but on the inside I wanted to throw something. He got up and went to the bedroom and started putting stuff in the truck for me I guess. I turned on the TV to nickelodeon and Dora the explorer was on which got RJ's attention immediately and I stepped outside in front of the door with my arms crossed across my chest waiting for him to be finish. " excuse me " he said and I just stood there and said " you're not really going to make me drive all the way back home are you?". " yeah he said with no emotion at all and just pushed me out the way. " you can't be serious " I said to him as I followed him into the bedroom " I am and this is the end of this discussion he said while grabbing the next trunk and just walking past me and left me standing I watched as he put everything in the car and when he was done he took the keys and gave them to me but I didn't take them so he just put them in my pocket and picked up RJ who was sleeping on the couch and I just watched as he got in the cab and left. I can't believe this I said to myself I waited to see if he was coming back but he didn't so I took the keys out my pocket checked the rooms to make sure I didn't leave anything and left.
I arrived back in New Orleans around 9 o' clock at night. I just parked the car and went upstairs to bed. I woke up the next morning to an empty house I guess Reggie didn't come home yet. So I made breakfast for myself then I took everything out the car and put them all in one of the guest rooms which were now going to be RJ's room. I already knew which room it was the room that was three doors down from our room. It was going to be painted blue with RJ's name on the wall. I decided that I was going to paint the room myself to release some anger. I headed to home depot to get some paint. I got it and went back home to get started. I changed into some old clothes and covered up the furniture and started painting. It took at least three hours but it came out pretty good. I went back to the store to get those giant letters so I can put his name on the wall while the paint was drying and I even found a property of blank sign where he can write his name on and everyone would know that's it's his room. I got back home with the stuff and the paint was still a little wet so I started to take out all his clothes and put them in the dresser and closet and I left his toys in the trunk and just moved the trunk to a spot in the corner then I took the picture of me and Reggie and put it on the dresser. Finally the paint was dry then I put each letter on the wall along with the sign on his door. I stood back and admired my work it looked great by the time I was done it 9:00 clock I went to my bedroom stripped down to my bra and panties turned on the TV and got under the covers and watched TV till I fell asleep.
