As we rode home I couldn't believe he would do this. He's never going to get full custody without a fight. There's no way that is going to happen. The car stopped and I went in the house and went to my room and called my lawyer to set up a meeting. Then I got on the computer and started researching custody cases. Around 6 the doorbell rang and I went to answer it and it was Reggie saying that he came to take RJ home with him I told him he's not going on anywhere with you. Nicki don't make this harder for you just let me keep my son he said. No,I just lost my mom you can't take him from me I told him. So what I missed out  on precious time with him already because of you I think it's right that I get custody of him he said. Why can't you just agree to the arrangement that we have now? I asked him. That doesn't work for me he said. Well prepare for a fight then and I slammed the door in his face. I marched up stairs to my room and fall on to the bed. Why me this just can't happen if I don't have RJ who else do I have to take care of since my mom is gone.
                         
Five months later
I was leaving work and about to go home. I locked the store doors and headed home to my empty house. Reggie got full custody and I only get to see him three times a month. I couldn't believe it he got this real good lawyer and since he's a professional football player. He was able to get it by saying how I lied to him about our son and put him up for adoption without telling him anything. He even had his mom testify against me. She said things like a threatened her to keep Reggie from her son. Which wasn't true  this was all her idea I didn't make her do anything like this. It was all her idea because she couldn't believe that her son wouldn't want a kid. She wanted teach her listen. I was against it from day one but she insisted this was the right thing to do. So I went along with it. They didn't even let me take him home after court. I had to hand him over right there. I tried to runaway with him but reggie jr called his father and came and got him. We all the way in Trinidad and Reggie called my phone. I kept ignoring him. When I was in the bathroom my phone rang and Jr answered it. I came out the shower and seen jr and said hello and lets just say it wasn't the nicest response from him. He was in a good mood and he said I'll get you a week with him and at the end of the week. 

   There was a nanny at the villa we were saying at ready to take him back. She said I couldn't come with him but I wasn't leaving with jr with her. So I went with them back to Florida and I wished I hadn't because we got to his house and his new girl was there and he wasn't the nice person when he seen me. He told me straight listen don't try to plead your case about how you should have more time I don't want to hear anything. You can leave in  tomorrow afternoon since it was 2 am when we arrived.  I just nodded and went upstairs to jr's room and climbed in his bed and went to sleep. I got woken up by his girlfriend coming in jr's room and saying get up. I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Then she left the room came back and poured water on me to wake up. Now I'm up wet and angry and I went up to her and started punching her and she barely fought back. I left her on the floor bleeding I grabbed some of reggie's clothes and put them on. I called Reggie and screamed into the phone where are you  because I'm not leaving Jr here with this girl. She poured water on me when I was sleeping I screamed into the phone. Alright just bring him to the  nfl facility and wait here with him till I'm done and I'll take him home. Fine I grabbed Jr who was in reggie's room watching tv but some toys in a book bag for him so he can be occupied. I hopped in one of Reggie's car and drove to the address Reggie texted me. I got there in fifteen minutes because there was no traffic on the road. I  went inside and went to the waiting area watched the guys practice from the window. I gave jr his toys and waited for them to finish. About two hours later they were done and Reggie came in the room and said how bad is she hurt. I don't left her bleeding on the floor. Damn he said and carried Jr and went to the car and got in and drove. We stopped at the airport I  kissed Jr goodbye got out and went to buy a ticket. I waited for my flight.
