Klaus' POV
5 years, I've been sitting here collecting dust for 5 years. I suppose if I really truly wanted to I could have just broke out but I promised I would sit here to give Hayley enough time to save my family.

I didn't care if I lived or died but— "But I care" I looked up to see Elena "hello Angel" she smiled sitting next to me "hi Klaus" "it's been a long time since you came to visit me" "well it's not my fault you were talking to Camille" "does that make you jealous?" Elena smiled not answering me.

"I miss you Klaus" "I miss you too Elena" "so when are you getting out of here?" "When my siblings come for me" "why wait for them?" I looked up at her and she sat in between my legs "what are you so afraid of?" "Klaus!" I closed my eyes and Elena was gone replaced by the not so beautiful Marcel.

"I need... I need you help Klaus" I laughed "either you help me or" instead of finishing he dropped Papa Tunde's blade. I laughed so I decided to to mess with him because the more sad I was the easier it was for Elena to come visit me. "Okay tell me your problem".

Hayley's POV
I opened my eyes to a shirtless Stefan. Katherine walked in wearing his missing shirt "finally your awake" "hey" "we've gotta lead so get dressed" she walked out and I stared at Stefan who's been not only helping with the search and the kids but hiding from some girl Rayna. She died a few years ago but some stuff with the devil happened and he opened up the Salvatore School.

Which is a school for supernatural kids. They were currently on spring break so he came back to stay with me and Katherine. I got ready and went to wake the girls up only to see they were already dressed and they were drawing.

"Hey babes" they all looked up "hey mom" "hey aunt Hayley" "hey so you guys are gonna stay with Stefan while Aunt Kitty and I are gonna go on a trip" they all looked at each other sadly "one of your long trips?" I walked in and sat down next to them "I'm going to bring back our family" the twins looked up at me "our mommy too" "come here" I held the twins in my arms "I can't bring back your mom, but I can bring back your dad and your Aunt and Uncle. How about that?" They sighed "that's okay I guess".

"Hayley let's go" "hi Aunt Kitty" "hey girls" "where are you guys going?" I walked up to Stefan "we've got a lead" "on the Malruex wolf?" "Yeah! I think this might actually be our chance to bring them back" he smiled "I hope it all works out Hayley" I smiled and he kissed me quickly on the lips.

We all walked outside to the truck. "Be good" I kissed my two fingers and held it out for the girls to follow suit.

"Come on Hayley, love you guys" she hopped in the passenger seat and I got in the driver's seat.

Klaus' POV
Physically I was in the basement lying on the floor but mentally I was sitting up talking to Elena.

"I'm pretty sure your hobby is pissing people off" I laughed "Klaus?" I looked up at her "what are you afraid of?" "My daughters" there was no point in lying to her "they're 7 Klaus" I sighed looking at the ground ashamed.

"I'm a monster Elena, just because you can't see it doesn't mean they won't" she started laughing like I told a joke "Klaus I know better than anyone that you are a monster" she smiled softly at me "but I'm here" "no" "well granted I'm just a version of me that you've created to help with your trauma" she shrugged and I rolled my eyes.

"If I wanted a therapy session I would think of Camille not you Elena" she smiled "doctor, therapist same thing" "Klaus why did you help Marcel?" I sighed wanting to lie to her but I knew she would just keep bugging me "he's the closest thing I have to a son. I've hurt him and while I won't ever say I'm sorry I can however let him throw me around a bit" "KLAUS?!" Hayley ran in and walked straight to the circle but was stopped I suppose since I could only hear her and not see.
