Alpha Deimos POV
Sitting in my office shuffling through the hundred, no make that thousands of documents my frustration continues to grow. Picking up one of countless old books I've been through so many times yet still I'm unable to locate one of the last missing piece's of information I need to complete my plans, well beside finding where my future Luna has gone too, but, in due time I will soon have her.
Selene thought she was going to keep her from me, she thought she would prevent me from fulfilling what has always been my destiny since the moment my Father willed it so. When Ariella had run that night somehow her scent disappeared as soon as she crossed the boarder from her Fathers land. Selene was more powerful than I anticipated, but nerveless I will have her.
Throwing the book against the wall, my fingers running through my already mussed hair. The ancient moon book I seek seems to keep evading the location spells cast by the many witches I have under my control. "Useless!" I growl out throwing yet another book to add to the large collection on the floor causing the lose papers within it to fall messily to the floor.
Sitting back in my large brown leather chair I stare out the large window making up one of my entire walls of my office. Pulling open my top desk drawer I pull out an old picture; one I had taken from Ariella's childhood home before I burned everything to the ground.
Through the years with the help of technology I have aged the picture to match Ariella's current age of twenty one. I stare into those piecing silver eyes. "Soon my love I will have you by my side." I stoke the pads of my fingers across the picture.
A knock on my door pulls me from my thoughts causing a load growl to rumble up my chest and quickly escaping my lips. I feel my wolf Tenebris pushing to the forefront of my mind. My gums begin to tingle, my canines itching to break free.
Immediately I'm pissed and ready to tear into the poor soul on the other side for disturbing me in my office. Taking in a deep breath I can smell its one of the rogues I have working for me. My pack of loyal wolves knows not to disturb me in my office, unless summoned by me or they have the information I have been seeking for almost thirteen years.
Since the day I destroyed the Bright Moon pack. The day I almost had my precious Ariella within my grasp. She would have been the perfect age to begin training her to be just the way I want. She is the key to my plan and I will stop at nothing to have her.
"Enter!" I yell and instantly I can smell the fear radiating from the wolf on the other side of the door causing a evil smirk to form on my face. I love the smell of fear and death and decide that no matter what news this rogue wolf has, he will die today just for the fun of it.
A lean rogue with dirty brown hair enters my office. Two of my most trusted men following closely behind him. I lift my hand to stop them from entering completely and they immediately place their hands on the rogues shoulders causing him to freeze.
"Alpha he insisted on speaking with you directly." Samuel mind links me.
"Did he say what exactly it was?" I ask letting the annoyance I felt bleed through my words that he didn't beat the information out of him.
I see Samuel visibly gulp at his error but bravely states. "No Alpha."
I wave him away before returning my attention back to the rogue standing before me. Silently giving him permission to come forward.
He lets out a short breath than slowly makes his way over to a chair sitting opposite of my desk and attempts to sit down.
"I did not say you could sit." I say not even bothering to look up. He tenses and takes a step away from the chair.
"Sorry A-Alpha." He stutters. The smell of his fear causing my excitement to grow with every idea popping in my head on how exactly I am going to end his pathetic existence.
"What do you want." I lash out making it clear I'm not happy with his interruption, a low growl rumbles in my chest. I see him tremble as he looks to the ground.
"I-I found the women you seek." He barley manages to stutters out.
I spring from my chair and before he can utter another word I have him pinned to the wall my hand wrapped tightly around his throat.
"My Luna!" I growl out through gritted teeth. "Where is she!" I roar allowing my sharp canines to finally elongate. My sharp claws digging into his sensitive flesh. I squeeze tighter letting my sharp claws pierce his skin drawing blood from the wounds.
"S-she s-he is at t-the White River pack." He chokes out as he instinctively tries to pry my hand from his throat.
I release him and he falls to the floor gasping for breath as his hand rubs his damaged throat. I straighten my tie wiping the blood from my hand on the rogues shirt. I return to my seat spinning it around until I'm facing forward again.
"Tell me everything." I chuckle darkly.
"I will find you soon Ariella." I say staring at the photo again. "Then you will be mine forever."
