The next day, you woke up to your phone vibrating madly. Groaning, you rolled over and checked the name on the screen. Seeing it was your brother, you sent him a text saying you were busy and checked the time; 10:25 am.
You pulled the covers back and stood up, slipping into your fluffy house slippers. Walking into the bathroom, you brushed your hair and teeth and washed your face.
A delicious smell attacked you the moment your feet hit the bottom of the stairs. Your face lit up when you saw plates of (fav breakfast) on the table. Hinata, (M/n), and (F/n) were already up and seated.
"(Y/n)-chan! Good morning!" Hinata greeted with a toothy grin.
He was still in Daichi's oversized clothes, which made you blush. You nodded and sat down next to him.
"Morning" you mumbled.
The mornings were never your favorite part of the day. You had to actually wake up and do things. Thankfully, it was Saturday, so at least you didn't have to deal with school.
"Thank you for the food" everyone spoke at once and dug in.
It was silent except for the sound of metal utsenils scraping against glass plates and the clinks of cups on the table.
"Dai called me earlier" you announced before taking another bite of your food.
"Oh? What did he want?" (M/n) asked.
You shrugged, taking a sip of orange juice.
"I declined his call. I'll call him back later"
(M/n) shot you a disappointed look while (F/n) chuckled softly. Hinata, on the other hand, looked scared out of his mind as he faced you with a wild expression.
'Someone....ignoring Daichi-senpai?! How can she do that so fearlessly?!' he thought.

After changing into his clothes and saying his goodbyes to everyone, Hinata slipped on his shoes and stepped outside with you right behind him. Turning to you, he said,
"Thanks for everything, (Y/n)-chan. I really enjoyed our time together"
You nodded, a light red tint visible on your cheeks.
"Please be safe, Hinata-kun. And no more calling people while riding your bike" you scolded.
Grabbing his bike, Hinata chuckled and nodded. You watched as he started pedaling away. Remembering something, you gasped and called for him.
"Hinata-kun! Wait!"
You chased after him, yelling his name. Thankfully, he stopped and let you catch up. After catching your breath, you stood straight.
"I-uh...I-I'm going to the store, later, and-uhm....just wanted to know if you...uh..y'know..err..if you wanted to come with?" you asked, your confidence draining out of your body with each word.
You fiddled with your fingers while waiting for an answer. Hinata'a face lit up and he nodded vigorously.
"Of course! Just text me when you're gonna leave and I'll come pick you up! Ooh, and afterwards you could come to my house! I-If that's ok, though!" he exclaimed.
You chuckled and nodded before saying one more goodbye and watching as Hinata pedaled away. When he was out of sight, you turned and walked back to your house, a smile remaining on your face the entire time.

You forgot to call Daichi back. The only reason you remembered he even called you in the first place was because the first thing he did when he got home was yell at you for it. He claimed he had "important" news to talk to you about.
Which is exactly how you ended up in his room, sitting in his desk chair, while he sat on his bed and ranted about his stay at Suga's house. You spaced out quite a few times when you looked at his bed and thought about how cute Hinata probably looked all curled up under the covers.
Yup, you have completely accepted that you liked Hinata. And yep, even though dwelling on it would only make matters worse, that's exactly what you did.
Someone snapping in front of your face pulled you from your thoughts. Moving your head away from the hand, you blinked a few times to fully come into reality.
"That's the fifth time already. Are you sure everything's okay?" Daichi asked.
"Yes, Dai. I'm fine. Now, what happened with Suga-senpai?" you replied.
Though unconvinced, he continued.
"We went to go watch a movie, and he practically sat on top of me, he was that close. That's gotta mean something, right?"
"Why are you telling me this?" you groaned.
Even though you enjoyed being involved in your brother's life, having to listen to his love life was a little pathetic. That's what friends and parents are for, not younger siblings.
"Because, you're an expert on this stuff. You're always reading those BL mangas" Daichi answered.
"Ok fine. You wanna know that I think?"
He nodded.
"I think you're an idiot who just needs to act on his emotions for once. If you think Suga-senpai likes you, then ask him out dammit! And if he says no, oh well! You know he's not the kind of person to hate you for you sexuality so go for it before someone esle takes him!" you exclaimed.
Daichi sat there in shock at your outburst. He blinked a few times before smiling and even laughing a little. You backed your chair away from him, fear now replacing whatever confidence you just had as he started giggling uncontrollably.
"Wh-What? Have you lost your mind or-or something?" you asked.
Looking back at you, Daichi wiped away a tear from laughing so hard. He got up and patted your head as if your were a dog, earning a scowl from you as you tried to maneuver away from his grip.
"That's so smart! See, I knew you were an expert at this stuff!" he complimented.
"I'm not an expert, I just have a clear view of the situation" you grunted, your voice sounding struggled as you tried to pry Daichi's hand away.
Chuckling, Daichi pulled his hand away and started leaving the room. He stopped when he reached the threshold, turning back slightly.
"And, I know Hinata was here last night" he said, his voice sickeningly cheery.
He fully walked out as I shook in fear.
