Okay so last night was actually fun.

I can't remember the last time I laughed that much. I've also never talked to Alex that closely. Yes we are friends and have talked but I don't know we've never been exceptionally close. It was nice though, to talk to her like last night.

Although it may have hurt a little bit the way that Danika was laying on Cooper's lap. And before you say anything, no I'm not jealous. I just had a weird feeling in my stomach I guess. Whatever. It's nothing.

Danika looked good last night. She really seemed in her element laughing and talking with Alex and Cooper. She had this glow about her. I don't know how to explain it.

I also don't know what the hell is going on with me. Like I feel like I could like her but then, I don't know, I realise that I can't I guess. It's weird. I can't explain it.

Like last night when we were all talking I couldn't stop looking at her and when Cooper suggested that we hadn't been arguing as much in the last couple of days I knew exactly why.

Throughout the whole night Danika and I kept giving each other looks and I couldn't ignore it. I don't think she could either. I talked to her on the way back down to the apartment and she definitely knew what I was talking about. She's just too proud to admit it. 

When we all got back to the apartment none of us were tired enough to go to sleep so we decided to watch a movie. For some reason the two girls wanted to watch a horror movie so we decided on The Conjuring.

For some reason I ended up sitting on the floor. Alex and Danika sat on the couch and Cooper on the chair. I had already seen the movie before but the other three hadn't. This showed in the way that even when there was the smallest jump scare they all screamed.

Yes the movie was scary but they really were terrified. I guess that the drinks we had didn't help them. There was even one point during the movie where Danika got so scared that she jumped and she kicked me in the head. She apologized and said that it was an accident but I don't know if I totally believe that.

When the movie was over we all went to bed. We were all pretty worn out. Although when I went into my room to go to sleep I wasn't that tired so I read my book for a while and eventually got tired enough where I could barely keep my eyes open.

Now it's 10:30 and I woke up a couple minutes ago. I have no classes today but I have to work at 12:00. I guess I better get up and do something with my morning. I get up and go to the bathroom and then walk into the kitchen. Danika is still asleep on the couch and Alex is in the kitchen.

"Morning." I say to Alex as I walk into the kitchen.

"Hey, how'd you sleep?" She asks while turning around to face me.

"Pretty good, you?"

"Yeah."

"Where's Cooper?" I ask while opening the fridge to find something for breakfast.

"Uh he wasn't here when I woke up so I guess class or football practice." Alex must have noticed that I was trying to move around quietly. "You don't have to walk around on eggshells, you know. When she drinks she sleeps like a rock and there is no use waking her until she wakes up herself." 

"Oh alright. So do you have any plans for today?" I grab a bowl from the cabinet and some yogurt from the fridge and granola from the cupboard.

"I have a class at 11:30 and then I'm meeting a friend for lunch at 2:00. What about you?" She takes a seat next to me at the counter.
