Chapter 8

After School 3rd POV

Sapnap took a deep breath. He was currently standing in front of Techno's last class of the day and was trying to calm himself.

He stepped in and looked around the room for Techno, spotting him packing up his things across the room. Sapnap walked over, calm as ever on the outside. That is until Techno noticed him.

"What?" Techno's ruby eyes pierced through Sapnap's soul.

Sapnap sighed, almost as if he was annoyed (Just to brush off his fear, y'know showing a manly side), 'Dream I'm going to kill you for making me interact with him.'

"I'm here to show you Dream's house." Sapnap made his voice at a lower frequency while saying that.

"Uh, okay?" He suddenly stood up and grabbed his bag, but the sudden movement made Sapnap flinch aggressively. Sapnap regained himself and began to walk for the exit, going through the halls to exit the school building. Occasionally looking back to see if Techno was following him.

They exit the school and walk past the school gate, Sapnap began to walk towards Dream's house, thanking whatever god that his house was so close to the school.

"We're walking?" Sapnap heard him say roughly.

"Yeah, it's not that far."

Sapnap looked behind him to see Techno pulling out his phone to call a family member.

"You didn't call your parents?"

"Don't talk to me."

"Ok."

Dream's house was just around the corner. Sapnap sped up a little, ignoring the conversation Techno was having on the phone. He turned the corner and stopped at Dream's house, "We're here."

Techno put his phone back in his pocket, nodding towards Sapnap.

"Well, I'm gonna go ahead and leave." Sapnap quickly said, turning the corner and bolted towards his house.

Techno walked up to the front door, if he was being completely honest, he was nervous to see Dream. After their last conversation and the two of them being partners, he was a nervous wreck around Dream.

He took a deep breath and knocked on the front door. Hearing small thumps get louder and louder. The door popped open, "Sapnap?"

She looked at Techno, eyes widening. "Oh! I'm sorry, who may you be?"

Techno froze for a moment, having a sudden feeling of being both nervous and excited.

"Um, I'm here for a project," Techno said, twiddling his fingers.

"Oh! Right up this way." Techno stepped inside, slipping off his shoes, and followed Dream's mom upstairs. He saw multiple pictures hanging on the wall, mainly Dream and Sapnap in them.

He silently questioned their relationship with each other, just thinking about it made Techno's pointed ears droop.

"Right here!" She suddenly said, pointing towards a door.

"Thank you,"

She nodded and went back downstairs. Techno examined the door, seeing a green sign that said 'Dream' along with little worn-out stickers on the side. He chuckled softly, finding the stickers adorable.

He calmed himself and knocked on the door, "Yes?" The door opened up revealing a blond-haired boy wearing a baggy shirt with sweatpants. He still wore his smiley mask though he looked visibly uncomfortable.
