We leave the dorm immediately and I start to head back to Mystic Falls, going as fast as I can. Most of the car ride is silent up until we enter the town, Silas turning his head to look at me.
"That was some good witch work back there. Of course, I would have gone a different route, if you know what I mean." He chuckles
"Usually I wouldn't be so nice about it, but we're going to need their help and we can't get it if the girl is dead or hurt. Our focus right now is to find this Josette girl."
We finally get to the house where Qetsiyah and Stefan are in the sitting room, watching something on Stefan's laptop. When we walk in they close the lid and look over at us.
"Sorry, we were just-" I stop him
"It's fine. Qetsiyah, I'll need your help with a locator spell, and Stefan, I need you to get a map for me."
While Stefan goes to gather the map Silas, Qetsiyah, and I look at each other and the silence is almost awkward. Qetsiyah breaks it by asking a question.
"Why do we need this?"
"To track down somebody who knows something about our killer. I don't exactly know the spell so that's why I need you."
She nods her head in recognition as Stefan walks back into the room and spreads the map over the coffee table. I pull the bag of blood out of my purse and pour it onto the map as I get weird looks from Stefan and Qetsiyah.
"This is the blood of Kai's sister, Liv. Stefan, you might remember her as the girl who saved us all from the other side. Qetsiyah, let's get started." I say, giving her my hands
We connect our hands and she starts off the spell, me following. "Phasmatos tribum, nas ex vera. Phasmatos tribum, nas ex veras."
We continue chanting as we both watch the blood slowly move in the direction of what it's looking for. It takes just a moment before it stops.
"I'll be damned." I shake my head
"What?" Silas asks
"Josette Parker is currently located in McKinley, Virginia." I answer
"What the hell is is McKinley, Virginia." Stefan chimes in
"Whitmore College."

I get off the phone will Elena who has now informed Caroline and Bonnie of the facts. Kai's twin sister was at Whitmore College which we literally just came from and now we know why he's in town.
"You guys won't believe this, Elena knows this Josette woman." I start
"I don't remember Elena talking about a Josette." He says, his brow furrowing
"It's the doctor that Elena shadows for the nursing program, Dr. Josette Laughlin. I'm having Elena and Bonnie go talk to her, warn her that Kai is out of the prison world."
"What do we do until then?" Qetsiyah asks
"You guys do whatever you want, I'm going to call Nadia and check in on my daughter," I say, giving Qetsiyah a side-eye
Silas and I go upstairs and I close the door quickly behind me, I lock it and make sure no one is listening.
"Well, are we calling Nadia?" He asks
"It's almost midnight in Bulgaria, it was just an excuse to get away." I answer
I turn around to sit down on the bed, Silas looking at me with concern.
"What's wrong?"
"It's just when Qetsiyah and I did the locator spell, I felt something."
"Well, what did you feel?" He wonders
"I got this feeling that Qetsiyah was a little scared like she doesn't want us to find this Kai guy. I think she's hiding something." I explain
"Why would she be hiding something? You told her if she messed with us again that you would kill her."
"I know. I'm going to have to talk to Stefan and see if Qetsiyah has been acting weird recently but right now we've got some planning to do."

I stand over my dear brown hair- blue-eyed sister and watch as her chest slowly rises and falls as she sleeps in the darkroom of the hospital. I was very surprised to find you here with those pesky twins I tried killing. I can tell something is going through her head because her eyeballs are moving very fast across her lids. I see a piece of hair on her face and I tuck it away, wanting the full look of her face.
"Little Josette, you don't know how easy it would be for me to just take you away from, keep you cloaked until the full moon but I want to make you sweat." I lean down closer to her ear and whisper "I'll come for you soon enough."
I quietly walk out the door and close it behind me, making sure no one can see me I walk straight out of the hospital. I find myself roaming the campus and I stopped across the Scull bar that's filled with students and I decide to stop for a drink. Once I walk in to my surprise, I see the woman that I saw in the club back in Mystic Falls. I get closer and I notice she's talking to a blonde with curly hair and I can hear the woman say her name, Olivia.
"Liv, I know you don't want to listen to me but your sister Josette is here on campus." She explains
"I can't really talk right now, Elena. If I'm going to evade Kai, I really need to get Luke and get the hell out of here."
"Liv, listen to me, Katherine can protect you. Just come to Mystic Falls with us and we'll make sure that you're brother never finds you."
She's trying so hard to get her to come with her but little does she know that I'm right here, listening in on their conversation. Elena grips Liv's arm and Liv releases her grasp, turning around, and bumping straight into me. My hands land on her shoulders and they start glowing orange as she groans in pain. Elena look over at us and her face is covered in shock.
"Hello, girls. Remember me?" I ask, a smirk covering my face
