I walked to the clone bedroom to find Rex sitting down and looking at a picture of him, me, Cody, even, fives and echo.
"Rex" I said walking up to him "we have to go".
""Fives, echo, and before that hevy. There's so many troopers gone." He tells me
"I know, not all folk understand, sometimes in war, it's hard to be the one that survives"
He turns to face me "that's what I'm worried about"
"What do you mean?" I asked in confusion.
"I didn't tell the generals. "
"Tell the generals what?" Cody asked walking in.
"They might think I'm crazy" Rex said "In fact, you two might think I'm crazy."
"What is it?" I asked.
"I think echos alive."
My eyes widened to what I am hearing. "That's not possible" Cody said in disbelief "he died at the citadel"
"The way the droids were countering us here the strategies I'm useing they're all old battle plan echo and I drew up together."
Cody sighed "look rex, I hear what you're saying it's just not possible."
"I hope you're right" Rex said "but the fact is, echo's fingerprints are all over these separatists strategies."
"Rex you have to admit what you're saying is a long shot at best and most likely, misplaced hope I need you to be focused on this."
"I know don't worry"
Cody was about to leave until I spoke "so, what squad are we taking in."
Cody turns to face me "clone force 99" then he turns to walk away.
we walked outside. As Jessie and kix follows us.
We looked to see a air support flying towards us hot and everyone is trying not to crash into it and it landed.
"So why haven't I heard of this squad?" Rex asked.
"Experimental unit clone force 99, they're defective clones with, uh... desireable mutations." Cody explains.
"99, hey? Nice touch?" I complimented.
"They call themselves the bad batch"
Once the door opens it reveals four guys one began to crack his knuckles, the other was working on a tech, the third one just crossed his arms.
The last one was bigger than the others, he took off his helmet with a big smile on his face and said "the cavalry has arrived"
They all walked up to us as they took off their helmets one with he looks like he has tattoos on his face combined hands like how bro's do it
"Sargent l, good to see you again." Cody said
"You too"
"This is hunter" Cody intrduces the mand with a tatto face.
"Sorry were we're late Commander we were putting down an insurrection on yalbec prime when your comm came in." Hunter said "had a few unforeseen.... complication."
The tall man chuckles ever fought a male yalbec?" He asked Jesse.
" Um, no. Can't say I have." Jesse said.
"Your lucky the only way to kill' em is on of these" he shows us his knife.
"That's right" Hunter said "wrecker here cut off the queens stinger while she was still alive that's why the yalbec males tried to eat us"
