Jisung seemed to be busy since he didn't come knocking on Felix's door. That didn't bother Felix as now he got more time to finish his apartment. He started with the bathroom and then moved to start adding painting and other objects on the walls and shelves.
He finished around 12 and he flopped on his couch, sighing out of exhaustion. He lifted his head when he heard a low rumble of thunder and he looked through his glass doors that lead to his balcony. The rain came pouring down after a few seconds and Felix sighed, face planting onto the couch cushion. "I was going to give the rest of my payments," he mumbles, but then realized he had an umbrella.
He pushed himself off of the couch and walked to his room to change into jeans. He fixed the bottom of them and pulled them up a bit before putting on a belt, fixing the shirt he already had on. "Okay," he breathed out and mentally checked things off as he grabbed his things; his wallet, phone, and the envelopes that had the rest of his payments. He checked again before leaving his room after putting on a pair of socks. He slipped on a random pair of shoes and grabbed his umbrella.

The payments didn't take long, so he decided to go to a cafe to get something small to eat. He looked at the passing ones before his eyes landed on a cafe. He walked up the stairs and closed his umbrella, shaking off some of the water before entering the small cafe.
It was small which Felix enjoyed and it wasn't packed. He walked over to the counter and the person at the register gave them a smile. "Hi, welcome to Kick Back cafe," they said, "tell me when you're ready to order." Felix gave them a smile and looked towards the menu. After a few seconds, Felix told them his order. He paid and went to go sit at a table that was in the corner of the cafe on an elevated surface. He placed his umbrella against the wall and sat down with a heavy sigh.
He had never been so tired before, but he guessed it was from his plane flight. He didn't realize he was going to be so jet lagged, but here he is. He stared at his turned off phone for a bit before picking it up and deciding to see what his mom was doing. She didn't respond very quickly, but he didn't mind. He had a small conversation with her before she had to go back to work, which was attending to the small bakery she owned.
Felix placed his phone down after another small conversation he had with his grandmother.
"Excuse me?"
The voice called and Felix lifted his head up. "Hi," they said. "Hello," Felix replied back. "Can I sit here? I kind of...got stood up on a date," they asked and Felix's mouth dropped. "Of course," Felix answered and the boy took the seat that was in front of him. "Y-You seem to be new," the boy said as he messed with his rings. "Yeah, I just moved here yesterday," Felix replied and the boy gave a welcoming smile. "Welcome to Seoul," the boy greeted, which made Felix smile at the welcoming. "Ah! I'm Jeongin," he said and stuck his hand out. Felix took it and heat rose to his cheek at the size difference between their hands. "I'm Felix."
Jeongin smiled and looked at their hands, a small gasp coming from his lips. "Your hands are so tiny," Jeongin commented, which made Felix blush more. "Y-Yeah," he said and they departed their hands. "So, where did you come from?" Jeongin asks. "Italy," Felix answered and Jeongin's eyes widened as his mouth dropped. "Italy?" Jeongin questions and got a nod from Felix, "but...you don't look Italian."
Felix chuckled at him. "I would've been born in Australia, but something happened to my dad when he and my mom were in Italy. I'm Korean still," Felix answers and Jeongin was still too stunned. "Um...I make really good homemade pasta?" Jeongin's face lit up at his answer. "Can I have some?" Jeongin asks and Felix shrugged. "I can see...my neighbor said he was going to help me with making Korean food," Felix says and Jeongin's head tilted. "Do you live in an apartment complex?" Jeongin asks and Felix nodded his head.
Jeongin was about to ask his question but Felix's name was called. "I'll be back," Felix said and got up from the table, walking over to the pick-up area. As he reached for his cup, a woman stopped him. "Are you talking to Jeongin?" She asks and Felix gives a slow nod. "Yes," he answered and a smile came to her lips. "Thank you," she said, "he'a my nephew and he's lost a lot of friends already because of something." Felix frowns at her explanation. "Ah...I'll become his friend," Felix said and she smiled. "Here," she said and gave Felix an extra bag. "It's a cookie."
Felix smiled and took it with a small bit of hesitation. She shooed him off and Felix walked back to the table. "Did my aunt give you that?" Jeongin asked and Felix shook his head quickly. "No, I got a muffin and a cookie," Felix answered quickly as he didn't want Jeongin to think he was being bribed. "Ah, okay!"

Felix exited the apartment elevator with a relieved sigh. He had spent a couple of hours at the cafe with Jeongin and he was exhausted from social interactions. He walked over to his apartment door as he removed his keys from his pocket. He expected Jisung to pop out from nowhere, but he didn't see the ADHD child anyway so he shrugged the thought away.
The lock clicked and he turned the knob, pushing the door open. He took out his keys and stepped inside, closing the door and taking off his shoes. He placed his keys and wallet in the metal basket that was at the entrance as he walked past it. He laid down on the couch as he gave a relaxing sigh. His phone buzzed and he patted around his butt until his hands landed on the electronic that was in his pocket. He took it out of the fabric and lifted his head up, propping himself on his elbows.
It was Jeongin and he was asking if he had gotten home safe. Felix replied with a small yes and the boy gave a thumbs up before he ended the conversation. Felix placed his phone on the coffee table and laid his head down. "A small nap wouldn't hurt," He mumbles and closes his eyes.
That small nap turned into a 4 hour nap.
