The sky was clearer than most days and it was also very sunny. The trees were swaying lightly in the cool breeze that was decreasing the temperature outside to a more suitable temperature.

The apartment that was shared by the two people was silent. Felix had gone to work around 8 in the morning and only left a simple note for Changbin when he woke up to explain his abstinence. Changbin, on the other hand, was still asleep as the hours ticked by to now be 10 in the morning; two hours after Felix had left.

He was only awoken by a loud bang on the front door. His body shook out of shock and he pushed himself up onto his forearms to rub his eyes. He gave a small groan as a much calmer knock, yet annoying one echoed through the apartment. He sat up properly and got out of bed, grabbing a random shirt from his closet and putting it on as he left; fixing his hair as well.

As he got closer to the door, the knocking stopped and small whispered voices were heard on the other side. He stood in front of the door for a few seconds before he placed his hand on the doorknob. He twisted it and slowly opened the door; revealing Minho and Jisung who looked at him with wide eyes. "Good morning! Is Felix here?" Jisung asked and Changbin slowly shook his head. "No, he's at work," Changbin answered and watched as the squirrel frowned. "Dang it," He muttered and shuffled off, leaving him and Minho staring at each other. "Is he okay?" Changbin asks. "Yeah, he's totally fine," Minho said, "he's just in a hyper mood today because he hasn't gotten his medication yet."

Changbin tilted his head at the male. "ADHD," Minho answered with a sigh. Changbin hummed in understanding. "Welp, gotta go tire my boyfriend out already," Minho said and Changbin gave a light chuckle, waving back at Minho. Changbin closed the door and walked to the kitchen to make himself something that wouldn't burn the apartment down. He paused as he placed his hand on the fridge handle. He smiled at the note and he took it off, reading it over a few times before tossing it into the trash can.

His breakfast didn't take long to make or eat, but he cleaned up the small mess in the kitchen once he was finished. He didn't feel like going to the gym or finishing his sleeve just yet, so he decided to bother Felix. He wasn't present in the apartment though, but he could see where he was.

Finding Felix was a lot harder than he expected. He had messaged Felix asking which cafe he was working at, but the male refused to tell him and said he had to find him himself. Changbin liked challenges, but this wasn't one of them. He had walked past many cafes to see if he could spot the bleached-blonde-headed boy but hadn't found him.

Changbin sighed as he rubbed his face, giving up on finding the human. He came across a cafe that he hadn't checked, but he also didn't want to walk past it so he entered the cozy-looking cafe. Behind a few teenage girls, he got in line and started looking at the menu to see what he wanted. He listened in to their conversation and his eyes slowly darted to the counter, spotting Felix who was making drinks while talking to one of his co-workers.

"The blonde one is so cute."

"You should get his number, it looks like he's taking over the register now."

Changbin's eyes slowly focused on the girl and he stared at the back of their heads with a strong look for a few seconds. One of the girls' heads turned around and he quickly averted his eyes to look at the menu again, catching the girl's mouth drop as she stared at him. She looked back towards the front as they moved up in line.

Changbin figured out his order and pulled out his phone, pretending to do things on it as he listened to the girls take their orders; purposely messing up to get more time with Felix. Changbin rolled his eyes and slipped his phone into his back pocket, crossing his arms over his chest as he heard a complaint from a woman behind him.

"Gosh, I understand he is cute but some of us have work to do."

Changbin internally agreed and relaxed as he watched the girls walk off. He stepped up to the register and smiled at Felix who gave him an unpleasant look. "Hey, handsome," Changbin said and Felix rolled his eyes. "You found me, congrats," Felix said and Changbin hummed with a smile. "What can I get you?" Felix asks and Changbin gives him what he wants. "When are you going to be back?" Changbin asks and Felix glanced at him. "Um...4," Felix answered and took the money Changbin had handed him. "Mkay," Changbin answered.

Felix smiled and Changbin walked off to a table that he would be staying at for a couple of hours. He glanced over to where Felix was for a few seconds before going back to his phone.

Felix's shift finally ended and the human took off his apron as he made his way towards the back. He grabbed the shirt and jacket he had worn to the cafe and changed quickly out of the work shirt and into his casual clothes. He slipped his phone back into his pocket and grabbed his keys from the small locker he was assigned.

He left the back room and waved to his co-workers as a goodbye, the others waving back with smiles. He left the cafe and his eyes caught Changbin who was sitting at one of the outside tables. He walked over and stood next to the devil until he noticed him, only a few seconds later.

Changbin looked away from his phone and smiled at Felix as he locked eyes with him. "Hi," Changbin said and stood up. "Was the gym closed today?" Felix asks as they started making their way back to their apartment. "No," Changbin answered, "I just didn't feel like going today." Felix hummed in response. "And mentally talking to me was more fun?" Felix asks as he remembered the number of times Changbin would blurt out something random and the two would argue about it.

"Watching you struggle to not slap me in public was the highlight of my day," Changbin said as he smiled proudly. Felix raises his hand and harshly hits the male's back, the devil glaring at him after stumbling a few feet. "You were a customer and since I'm off of work..." Changbin stared at Felix as the human grew a smirk on his very pretty lips.

Changbin smiles and starts running, Felix instantly sprinting after him.
