I wish you could've seen me grow up
I'm doing fine now but for years it's been hard to cope
I know it wasn't your choice, and that this kind of stuff just happens sometimes.
All I know is that I wish you were here
It's hard not having a mother to rely on
It's hard that there's no woman to inspire me like you should've
It's hard
But it's made me who I am today
I miss you
I miss the times when we were together
I miss your hugs and kisses
I miss the sound of your voice
The sparkle in your eyes
Your creative thoughts
I just really miss you and wish things would've worked out differently
I hope that one day I can find the strength to come and visit you.
