Death of 9 year old.
Death of my first best friend
One month before her birthday
One month before double digits.
It wasn't by any means fair
But at the end of the day it's what happened.
If I could go back I would change places with her.
But unfortunately I cannot

It's been years that I have been caught up on the fact of why it had to be her.
But on that day, her last day on earth...
She got to say goodbye to this cruel world.
She missed a potentially beautiful life.
But got to leave behind a cruel cruel world.
Gone but not forgotten.
I love and miss you.
