If i were a singer
              i wouldn't mind writing
              an entire album for you

If i were a painter
              i'd probably paint your
              pictures like a scintillating
              starry night of van gogh

If i were a sculptor
              you'll be my chef-d’œuvre
              the biblical david
              of michelangelo

If i were a novelist
              i'll rhapsodize your name
              in my stories
as if i am virginia woolf

If i were a playwright
              i'll be your shakespeare
              devising our drama
              to be the most
              fascinating play

But i became a poet
             a painter of words
             like leanardo to mona lisa
             the one who portrayed you
             as a greater masterpiece
than that of pyramids of giza.
