She as the Subject, I as the Writer

Behold
i am a dreamer
who wrote poems about her

the one who
rhapsodize her charm,
soothing voice and beauty

the aspiring poet
who's attached to
her enthralling visage

the midnight loner
a solitary wanderer
and hopeless admirer

but no matter what
as a writer-
she'll be my subject forever.
