Poisonous Love

Chapter 8

I Run out to the car with make up streaks all over my face. Amanda's on the phone with somebody and she won't tell me who.

Amanda gets off the phone and starts driving to Lucas' House. it's been an hour since I left there, and I wasn't planning on going back.

I let my hair loose and my striped shirt was stained with makeup on the front. my shorts were a bit short but I could deal. Amanda was wearing all white so the shoulder part of her shirt was stained with black eyeliner.

Amber is rich, so her house is pretty big but she doesn't have any cameras. by my guess, Amanda was planning on doing something to her house.

When we pulled into Lucas' drive way Rocco's car was already there and my heart dropped. Lucas' moms car was gone but Lucas and Amber were still there.

I step out of the car and Amanda follows me to the door.

"God dammit" I hear Rocco scream after a loud crash.

Lucas and Rocco are loud people so you could hear them from outside.

I walk inside so to Lucas' face covered in blood and Rocco a bit of blood coming from his nose.

Amber leans on the wall near by screaming for Rocco to leave Lucas alone. I stop in the middle of the living room watching everything get worse as Amanda hits Amber dead in the jaw. people are screaming and, not surprisingly, Amanda is winning the fight. Mike soon walks in and joins Rocco with the punching bag.

If they don't stop their going to kill him!

I try to pull Rocco off of Lucas but Rocco slams me away. I fall to the ground and hit my head hard on the floor.

Rocco realizes what he just did and helps me up.

"Sorry." he said quietly.

I make mike get off of Lucas and Amanda stop with amber.

There was no need for any of this.

Everybody leaves the house and I stay with Lucas.

"I'm so sorry" Lucas grabs my hand and I don't bother to pull away

I put my head on his shoulder and cry

"Why did you want to hurt me so much?" I shake

He kisses me on the forehead and tells Amber to leave

"Please give me another chance" Lucas pleads sitting me in his lap

"Just one more Lucas" I say wrapping my arms around his neck.

I kiss him slowly

He puts his hands on my waist and pushes me away lightly "Stay with me today" he says quietly.

I nod and text Amanda to leave.

I turn off my phone and Lucas turns off his.

I run my thumb across the bruise on his cheek.

He winces.

"I love you" he whispers fixing my hair

"I love you too"

"What time is it?" I ask licking my ice cream

"It's five- thirty" Lucas smiles putting his arm around my waist.

"Babe, do you want to head back to my house?" Lucas asks

"Sure" I smile

When we get to his house, his mother isn't there.
