Sienna POV

We arrived to our Lake house at 5 p.m

It seems that the drive gets longer and longer every year, which to me seems bothersome.

As soon as we got here, my Mom dropped us off to go food shopping and my duties were helping my brother unpack.

Throughout the remaining year that we are not living here, my parents rents out the house to a different family who ironically goes away every summer; it works out.

The only rooms that are used is the master bedroom, which is my parents, my brothers room and the spare.

When my parents told me they were going to rent out the house, I didn't care if my bedroom was used or not, but I guess it just worked out that they didn't. The renters of the house the remaining of the year have two boys, which make sense to why they don't want a teenage girl room to stay in.

"You brought a lot of toys bud." I say to my brother who keeps unpacking toy after toy.

"I know," He says with a childish grin. "Can I get water?"

"Okay," I say while standing from the floor.

I head downstairs and go into the kitchen to grab my brother water. We have a window in our kitchen that gives us a view of the backyard. The water looks sparkling and calm today.

The one thing I do love about this house is our view of the lake. Our backyard is huge and has a deck that leads down to the water. We share mostly everything with Anne's family. Its just the four of them and the four of us so it works out.

I do consider them family--not Harry though, just my aunt, her daughter, and husband. I don't know what went wrong with Harry but I like to keep my distance from him.

I grab the water from the fridge and head back up stairs to my brothers room. I put the water down on his bedside table and excuse myself to my bedroom to unpack my one bag. He mostly brought toys so I don't know how much unpacking there is.

My room is as I left it which gives me ease I don't have to organize.

My window looks to the house next to us where I in fact see Harry taking out trash. He's wearing all black, which is usual and seems to be on the phone with someone.

We used to be close, it wasn't always where I despised him. Just for the past two years I think I just dreaded seeing him.

I focus my attention back to my bedroom where I need to start putting things away. I take down the photos of my ex and throw them away. Awkward.

I don't have any printed photos of Logan. I don't want to jinx anything and come back here and replace it with a new guy, which seems to be the pattern anyways. Especially because in September I'm going to college so who even knows what will happen.

"Anna!" I hear my Mom shout from downstairs. I sigh to myself and leave my bedroom.

"Yes?" I say while walking down the wooden steps.

"Go next door and help Aunt Anne set up for dinner. I am brining in food now then me and your brother will be right over." She tells me in a rush.

This women always seems busy.

"Where's Dad?" I ask.

"I don't know," My mom says with a sigh. "Probably in traffic as always. He should be here by midnight."

I nod to her before I walk over to the house I am dreading on entering alone.

My Dad isn't around as much as my Mom. My Dad is always at work, and comes home late, and we usually only see him on weekends if we are lucky. I try not to complain because I am made aware that without my Dad's job we wouldn't have what we do.
