"What now?" Seulgi asked as she chuckled bitterly. She's in her own hospital room after getting treated.
Jisoo, who's standing in front of her with her head down, didn't answer.
"You don't have a choice Jisoo, if I was in your place, I'll do that too," Seulgi assured her.
"I... I didn't know it'll happen, they said... They said they'll keep her alive," Jisoo says weakly as tears started streaming down her face. She's feeling so much guilt... Who wouldn't?
"Hey, it's not your fault, you didn't know, okay?"
"This is why I just want to live peacefully and stay away from everyone." Jisoo wipes her tears.
Seulgi sigh and look at the ceiling. This is so messed up.
"I'll take the blame," Jisoo said determinedly which makes Seulgi look at her. "I'll tell them and take the blame,"
"Are you crazy?!" Seulgi snapped. "You know how mad they are when they're still accusing you! They attacked you Jisoo! If you tell them the truth they'll surely kill you! Lisa died! How do you think they will react?! They won't spare you!"
"It's better than keeping this! I won't live bearing this guilt! Conscience will surely hunt me to death!"
Seulgi throws herself back at the bed as she sighed deeply. She knows it's the best choice to admit it but knowing what Irene and Chaeyoung are capable of doing right at this moment? Jisoo will surely die in their hands.
"So I was right all along,"
They look at the door to see Joy leaning at the doorframe while playing with the blade card.
She started to walk towards them and throw the card to Jisoo which the latter caught effortlessly.
"You're the reason why Lisa died," she stated then look at Seulgi. "And you know it?" She asked in disbelief. "I wonder what will their reaction be if they find out,"
"Find out what?" Chaeyoung suddenly appeared at the door with the other girls, including Irene. They all have swollen eyes and puffy noses because of too much crying.
"Perfect timing," Joy said then walk towards them. "Why don't we hear Jisoo's explanation?" She crosses her arms and looks at Jisoo.
"What are you talking about, Joy?" Wendy asked confused.
"Well, I just heard them talking about Lisa's death and they seem to know something about it, right? Jisoo? Seulgi?"
"W-What are you talking about?" Irene asked and look at Jisoo. "Jisoo, what is this?"
Jisoo looks down as tears poured from her eyes like a river.
"Just tell them Jisoo," Seulgi said then look away.
"Tell what?! Jisoo what are they talking about?!" Irene shouted.
Jisoo took a deep breath before looking at her eyes. "I'm the one who attacked Lisa,"
Gasps filled the room. Their eyes went wide and their mouths went agape. Shock was an understatement.
"W-What?!" Irene's about to charge forward when Jennie stopped her.
"Unnie wait! Let's hear her explanation first, I know she have a reason for doing this, right? Jisoo?" Jennie asked hopefully and Jisoo nods her head.
"Lisa died! There's no reasonable explanation for this!" Chaeyoung shouted while glaring at Jisoo.
"Just hear her out first," Seulgi said.
"You're into this too?" Irene asked in disbelief.
"N-No! It's not her fault! It was mine, I dragged her into this," Jisoo immediately responded.
