Chapter 9

I woke up in the morning in my own bed, which was kinda confusing seeing as I remembered falling asleep on the couch.

Tom probably carried me to bed.

I quickly made my bed and put my hair up in a messy bun before going out to the kitchen where Sam was making breakfast.

Sam is an incredible cook and he'd never made breakfast for me before so to say I was excited was an understatement.

Harry was sitting at the bar table with Tom.

They were both drinking tea and wearing matching evil grins.

"What is it?" I asked, slightly concerned at their smirks.

"Seems you fell asleep last night" Harry said.

"And?"

"And this" Toms says showing me a picture on his phone.

"Remind me again why this is so crazy" I responded trying to not freak out.

"You like him" Sam translated.

"As a friend, yeah sure" I responded grabbing some orange juice.

"Y/n, how dumb do you think we are?" Harry asked slightly offended.

I rolled my eyes and looked back at all of them.

"Your brother and I are friends. That is all."

I could clearly tell that they weren't buying it but luckily Paddy walked through the door and into the kitchen which promptly shut the boys up.

We ate breakfast, which was so good I had to take smaller bites to slow myself down.

"Robert called" Tom said, "he says the gang really wants to see you and we're wondering if you were up for maybe hanging out today?"

Before I could answer he added.

"If you're not up for it you don't have to go, they were just thinking cause they want to see you and check in and-"

"I'd love to" I said cutting him off.

For all of Toms confidence he's been super hesitant to get me to do stuff since the kidnapping.

Tom smiled and texted the group chat, announcing that I was happy to meet up.

We finished breakfast and all went to get ready for the day.
