Chapter 19

I once again apologize for my lack of updates <3

I folded another dress and placed it into my suitcase.

"And he has no idea?" Ella asked on FaceTime.

"None whatsoever"

It had been around 3 weeks since my phone call with Paddy and I had desperately been trying to find a time and an excuse to go to London and surprise him.

Amazingly enough, the last week of October we had off of school because they found a serious problem with some of the electrical work in the building, and it wasn't safe to go back for at least a week.

Everyone except the electricians was thrilled.

As a result of the unexpected break I bought a last minute ticket to London and called Tom telling him I was coming.

I once again made an attempt to get a hotel room but as always Tom was having none of it.

"Hey, If I break into school and bust up some pipes do you think they'll give us another week off of school?" Ella asked sarcastically.

I laughed and closed my packed suitcase.

"Keep dreaming, El"

The next morning I was off.

I finished my work for the week in the first two hours (they didn't give us much because everyone, teachers included, needed a break) and the last couple hours were spent watching movies and anxiously waiting to see my boyfriend.

We finally touched down and I ran to baggage claim to see Tom.

He picked me up in a huge hug as I laughed.

Damn I really missed him.

"They should screw up the electric work on your school more often" he remarked once he put me down.

"You and Ella have similar opinions on that subject" I laughed.

We got in his car and he drove me to my home away from home.

I said hi to Nikki and Dom before I went upstairs and put my stuff in the spare bedroom (although I had a feeling most of my time would be spent in someone else's room).

Not 30 seconds after I put my bag down I heard the voices of my favorite 2 misfits.

I quietly walked over to the top of the staircase which was just in eyeshot of the twins.

"Miss me?" I asked as they turned their heads and yelled.

I ran down the stairs and straight into their arms.

Dramatic hugs are my specialty.

Afterwards, Tom drove me to Paddy's school for my next dramatic hug.

Tom pulled up and we both waited outside of the car for Paddy to walk out.

A few minutes later he emerged, talking with Chris and Andrew.

"Hey Holland" I yelled.

Paddy whipped his head around and saw me and his face broke into a that smile that made me melt.

I ran towards him while he made a beeline for me and he scooped me up in a huge hug.

I laughed as he wrapped his arms tight around me.

"I missed u angel" he whispered in my ear.

"I missed you too" I whispered back.

At this point Tom, Andrew, and Chris had all made their way to us.

I hugged both Andrew and Chris before someone finally asked the question: "what the hell are you doing here?"

"Just came to visit" I said casually.

Now don't get me wrong, I love London and I love Tom and I love my friends, but I had to see Paddy.

As you can imagine we had created quite a scene at this point so we said goodbye to Andrew and Chris and the three of us got in the car.

We drove home and because it was a Friday, paddy didn't have to worry about homework.

We all went to our favorite pizza place and ate while we caught up a bit.

As always paddy and I could barely keep our eyes off each other but we honestly managed pretty well.

Eventually we ended back up at the house.

We put on a movie and I heard my phone ding

Ella
Ella:
You make it to London without getting attacked my aliens?

Me:
No aliens in sight

Ella:
Roger that. Kinda sad we can't spend Halloween together :(

Me:
Me too :( that's the one bad part about me leaving. I wish u could have come with me

Ella:
Me too!

Me:
Plus I know someone else who wants to see you ;)

Ella:
I am turning my phone off bitch <3

Me:
Love u el

Ella:
Love u too weirdo

Around 3 AM I opened my eyes to find that I was in fact not on the couch watching a movie, but on the contrary, was in my bed.

I was still in my clothes with makeup on so I got out of bed and washed my face and put on my pajamas.

After that I was wide awake so I went downstairs to get some water.

As I was, I heard someone padding down the stairs.

3 guesses who :)

He wrapped his arms around me and whispered in my ear with his sexy morning voice, "hey angel, what are you doing up?"

I bit my lip to keep from smiling.

"Couldn't sleep" I mumbled back.

He kissed my neck, his warm breath more comforting than anything.

I drank some water and paddy got some too.

Then he took my hand, kissed it, and lead me upstairs to his room.

He picked me up and I giggled as quietly as I could.

He tossed me into bed and locked the door as precaution.

Then he got into bed with me and kissed me.

"I love you" he whispered.

"I love you" I whispered back

He traced circles on my back until I fell asleep, secure in the arms of the boy I loved.
