"Well, Ben, here, seemed to have scared off Rey," Poe said. "So Kenobi and Finn were going to go look for her, but it's almost dark out, so they're just gonna give it an hour. Then we'll continue the search party in the morning."

Anakin had been at the back of the group, but as he approached the makeshift camp, he saw a familiar face.

"Snips?"

Ahsoka looked up. "Skyguy?"

"What happened to you?"

"Just sprained my ankle or something. Nothing too serious."

Anakin approached her and sat down next to her. "I'm glad you're okay," he said, as he wrapped his arms around her.

They had known each other for years, they were practically siblings. After Anakin's mother had suggested a retreat for them to spend their summer in paradise, neither could refuse.

Ahsoka wrapped her arms around him as well. "I am too."

"Alright you two, very touchy moment, that's great," Finn said, "but Rey's lost out there and we need to find her."

"I'm assuming, Anakin, you're volunteering yourself to stay here with Ahsoka," Ewan said.

"Yeah, sure," he responded.

"Alright, so teams, we should split up, but we need to stay in pairs," Poe said. "Does anyone want to be with a certain person?"

"Just don't put me with this laserbrain and I'll be fine," Leia said, pointing toward Han.

"Excuse me, Princess, we're not all perfect," Han retorted.

"Alright you two, cut it out. Leia, you can be with me," Poe said. "Finn, you can be with Han. Luke, you'll be Padmé and Ewan. Ben, you'll stay here, you're going to scare her off if you find her."

"Fine with me," Ben said, sounding almost bored.

"Remember, that sun sets quickly," Ewan said. "We have an hour at most to find Rey. Remember where you're going and always stay with your partner. She's probably spooked from what happened, so be careful."

With that, they all set out in different ways.

Rey had been running for what felt like hours. She was parched, her lungs ached with every breath and her legs throbbed with every step she took.

She stopped running to catch her breath and leaned against a tree. As her vision began to go blurry, she slid down and sat on the ground. She hugged her legs to her chest and placed her forehead on her knees.

"I'm going to die here," she whispered to herself.

Her eyes began to fill with water, but she quickly shut her eyes to stop the tears from spilling. She felt one fall down her cheek slowly. She didn't wipe it away, she simply let it fall on the ground without opening her eyes.

She knew she had to keep on running. She knew it, but she couldn't stand up. She sat there for a minute or two (maybe it had been three) and took some deep and calming breaths.

Then she heard a snap. Her eyes opened violently. She stood up and began to run in the direction she was going.

"Favourite colour?"

"Finn, I already told you, I'm not in the mood for your game."

"Oh, come on! I'm trying to get to know you better!"

"I have a lot on my mind right now," Han said. He was walking in front of Finn and didn't look back when he responded.

"Don't we all? Look, we're stuck on this rock, the least you can do is be friendly..."
