"Hey bunny girl, why don't you do a little hop for us," the tallest of the girls said and smirked. Ayo frowned. She, Aliyah and Gwen had been cornered by four girls when they were almost reaching the convenience store. The store was just a stone's throw from where they were. The girls that cornered them all wore black long-sleeve t-shirts on black jeans. They also had on black lipsticks. Ayo knew that they were bad news.

"Please leave us alone, we didn't do anything wrong," Aliyah sniveled. The girls all laughed.

Ayo frowned and nudged Aliyah to keep quiet. "You don't show these kinda people your soft spot," she thought to herself.

"Oh, she wants to cry," one of the girls sneered as the others started making faces at them.

"Better watch it Sasha, she's gonna call her mommy," another girl sneered and they all laughed out loud again.

Gwen moved back a little. To her, these girls were just big mean bullies.

Ayo looked at the girls. The blog she had read on 'people you would meet in the university' had specifically instructed that she avoid girls like this. They were under the category of the bad-girls, and they were capable of doing anything to prove their dominance. Brie also had a bad-girl flair too but she backed it up with her great intelligence, these girls didn't look like they were the smart type at all.

Ayo was infuriated. She thought on how to get back on the four girls. "Think Ayo, what would Brie do?" she thought to herself. "No, no, I have to be my own person, think, what would I do, what can I do?" Ayo battled herself in her thoughts.

One of the girls walked up to Gwen and pulled her onesie by the ears of the hoodie. She then looked at the others and laughed loudly. "Hey, y'all look at this," she said as the others burst out laughing.

"You're just jealous cos you don't have your own bunny onesie, you're just a jelly belly," Gwen retorted in defense as she snatched her clothe away from the girl's grip and moved back.

"What did you just say?" the girl said angrily as she began coming closer to Gwen.

"Oh no, we're sorry, I'm sorry, she's sorry, we're all sorry," Aliyah said as she fumbled with words. Ayo rolled her eyes. She wasn't sorry.

"I said, you're just---" Gwen started to say again but was interrupted when Ayo quickly covered her mouth with her palms by then. Ayo knew that Gwen would not understand what the girl meant and would try to say everything she had said before, word for word.

"Better, y'all know where you belong on the food chain," the girl said and folded her arms. Ayo looked at her closely, she had a black lob hair and she looked American. Her dress had more designs than the rest. Ayo thought she was the leader of the group.

"So you have to give something to us, you know, as a peace offering, so we don't have to bash your faces," the girl bearing Sasha said and smirked. Aliyah quickly reached in her purse and brought out a dollar bill.

"Triple it girl, make it thirty," the tallest girl said and the remaining three girls all nodded in agreement.

Before Ayo could stop Aliyah, she had already counted thirty dollars and had given it to Sasha, the girl who had asked first. The girl took the money and after counting it, kept in the back pocket of her jean.

"Alright, let's dispose of them and leave," Sasha said and stepped back as the other three girls pounced on Aliyah, Gwen and Ayo. Ayo then realized that she, and not the girl who threatened Gwen, was the leader.

Ayo, in a bid to defend herself, rolled her fists into tight balls and threw them wildly at the girls but she was overpowered and floored in no time.

The three girls pushed them roughly to the floor and then walked off jeering and laughing. Their leader smirked and walked away too, but in a different direction than the other three girls.

After seeing to it that they had left, Ayo stood up and helped Gwen and Aliyah up. She dusted her body. "I don't think you should have given them your money Aliyah," she said as she counted thirty dollars out of the money Miss Janet had given her and handed it to Aliyah.

Aliyah took the money and kept it in her purse. Gwen looked around her body, trying to dust off any dirt on her rabbit onesie.

"Thank you Ayo," Aliyah said and smiled.

"You're welcome, now let's get to that convenience store," Ayo said and they all started walking towards the store.

Simon wiped his forehead with a part of his clothe in a fruitless bid to clean up the beads of sweat dropping from his forehead. "I'll make Brie pay for this," he muttered under his breath as he finished tidying up the lecture room. He walked up to the door after storing the cleaning equipment and banged on it harshly. "I'm done, open up," he yelled.

The door turned open and Brie opened her arms to welcome him amidst laughter. "Now don't you look like a gentleman," she said as she forced him into an embrace. His face beamed up immediately and he quickly forgot his pent up anger towards Brie. He put his arms around her too and hugged her back.

They broke the hug and then walked hand in hand outside, towards the main university grounds.

Simon looked at Brie, who in turn looked back at him, smiling, he held up their hands for both of them to see. "Why this all of a sudden?" he asked as he smiled at her.

"Well, let's just say this costs two extra burritos," Brie said and grinned rather maliciously.

Simon shook his head and broke from her grip. "Nuh uh, I can't be giving you all of my nana's specials without you even knowing her, she would think I'm just hoarding it all for myself," he finally said, looking the other way.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Let's get going to your nana's shack, I wanna have a word with her myself," Brie said and clenched her fists.

Simon gasped. "What was going through Brie's head?" he thought.

Brie chuckled. "Chill, I'm not a granny killer, geez, you're so easily moved," she finally said. "Oh and by the way, you're not a boarder, are you Simon?" she asked.

"That's a secret" Simon said as he walked past Brie.

"HEY! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP SECRETS FROM ME," Brie yelled and launched at him. Simon dodged her and held her from behind while laughing.

"I know you're a tough girl, but I'm tougher," he said as he smirked.

Brie jabbed his ribs with her elbow and twisting the arm he had used to hold her, forced him into a submissive position. "Always remember this, I alone can tame you," she said and twisted his arm some more.

"Ouch! Geez!" Simon yelped in pain and Brie quickly released him from her grip. Some students passing by them looked at them whilst wondering why they were playing such play on university grounds.

Simon stood up and dusted himself. "Hey Brie," he called out, as Brie's attention had been shifted to the students who had just walked past.

"Huh?" she asked as she fixed her gaze on him.

"Try taming this," he said as he landed a quick soft kiss on her cheeks and began to run away.

"HEY!!!" Brie screamed as she ran after him. "Who does he think he is to land a quick one on me????" she thought recklessly as she chased Simon hotly.
