"Given your typa person, I wouldn't be surprised if you came late," Brie's sister said as they entered her office. She was the students' body vice-president and so was entitled to her own personal office in the students' union building like the other students in the student union government.

Brie closed the door behind her and sat down on one of the brown chairs. She pulled one for Ayo to sit. Ayo smiled and sat down.

Brie's sister looked up from the magazine she was reading and adjusted her glasses. She looked a lot like Brie. The resemblance was clearly evident. Brie's sister had curly black hair like Brie's own, but she had her own bobbed. Her skin color was the same as Brie's but it was slightly lighter. She was very beautiful and she spoke a very polished English.

"Oh, come on Elly," Brie griped as she slouched on the chair she was sitting on.

"No slouching Brianna," Brie's sister started. "And are you gonna introduce me to your buddy over here or is she gonna stare me to death?" she said as she gestured towards Ayo. Ayo frowned. She was only staring because she admired the way Brie and her sister resembled each other so much.

Brie laughed out loudly when she saw the frown on Ayo's face. "This is Ayo, my room-mate and pal, Ayo, this is Elena Muoneke, my big sissy," Brie said, introducing the both parties to each other.

"Who you calling sissy?" Elena said and hit Brie's head playfully. She had gotten up from her seat which was behind the desk by then and had come to meet Brie and Ayo.

"Nice to meet you Ayo," Elena said and offered her hand to Ayo. Brie grinned when she saw that.

Ayo's face lit up with smiles. "Nice to meet you too Elena," she said as she shook Elena's hand. Shortly after, she felt an electric shock and quickly pulled her hand away from Elena's grip. She pursed her lips and frowned. Elena and Brie both burst out laughing.

"Sorry Ayo, just wanted to see if you'd fall for that simple ol' trick, and you did," Elena said to Ayo, then walked over to where Brie who was still laughing, sat. "Guess, you haven't been teaching her anything," she said and walked back to her seat behind the table.

Ayo looked away. "Brie was exactly just like her sister," she thought to herself.

"So ladies, let's get down to business," Elena started as she picked up the magazine she was reading and tucked it neatly inside the locker of her desk.

Ayo looked around. The office was a small one. There were four windows that served as the ventilation system. There were two bookshelves which were stacked full with books beside the chair Elena sat on. One could see the outside environment of the university through the two windows that stayed behind Elena, the other two windows stayed in the east and west section of the room, giving access to the other offices in the building. The floor was tiled and had a red rug in the center. Ayo dreamed about when she would have an office like this. "Maybe I will run for student presidency when I've had reached my third or fourth year," she drifted on in her thoughts.

"Ayo, don't blank out on me," she heard Elena say, which brought her back to reality.

"Uhn, sorry," Ayo said as she fixed her gaze on Elena. Brie chuckled.

"You know I don't like 'businesses' Elly," Brie grumbled. Elena frowned.

"Brianna, stop your childish whining and face reality, life is a business, you either profit or you lose, and I intend to win big time," she said as she tossed a newspaper to Brie and Ayo.

Ayo picked it up and looked at it. It was the school's newspaper. Brie moved her seat closer to Ayo's in order to have a better view of the contents of the newspaper.
