I woke up, and immediately felt a large amount of dread. I got up, and tiredly walked out of the room, picking up my things, but leaving my bag, teleporting it to my real bedroom. I wouldn't need it anymore.
As I walked down the teal halls, people looked at me with hope. Because that totally helps.
I came up to the teleporter, and stopped. I thought about this round. I might not come back from this. I'll be facing the people closest to me. I...
I...
I have to do this.
I stepped into the teleporter, and was teleported to the arena. I looked around. I was surrounded by nothing but plains. No water. Just tall, dead grass. Whatever. WindStorm and FlyCraft were on either side; FlyCraft on my left, WindStorm on my right. ShadowFlame was next to FlyCraft, FireFly was next to WindStorm, Hatsnii was next to FireFly, and Khattee was next to her. They all glared at me, except for Khattee. He looked tired and beat down, and ready to give up.
5... We all got into positions.

"I'm sorry," I whispered, "that I couldn't save you all." All the Spirits, hearing this with their enhanced senses, glanced at me, confused. I allowed my eyes to shift to their real color, and the Civil's eyes widened. Even Khattee.
The gong rang, and I summoned my scythe, and swung it at FlyCraft without hesitation. It slashed her face, and her knees buckled as WindStorm froze. I sprinted across the center, and grabbed Khattee's hand, shooting off into the arena.
After a couple minutes of running, I stopped.
"We should have lost them by now, though not for long," I spoke nonchalantly, plopping down on the ground. He looked at me, and I returned his gaze.
"Why... didn't you kill me?" He questioned. "And... who are you?" I smiled lightly
"Well, if I were to kill you, there would be no one to help me join your side," I replied. His eyes widened slightly. "I know you need all the help you can get." He looked off to the side.
"I don't need a Demi's help." He responded flatly.
"Khattee." I deadpanned, my voice falling into a bored one. He looked at me. "If I was actually a Demi, do you think I would have been able to fight all the others, and not get a scratch, much less break a sweat?" I inquired. I swore I saw the gears in his brain turning.
"So..." he started. "You're... a Spirit?" I nodded, and stuck my hand out.
"The Dark Spirit." I said. The light seemed to return to his eyes, and he took my hand, shaking it.
"It's good to know that someone's on my side." He murmured.
"Yeah." I agreed. I brought out my dragon side, and stood up, stretching. I groaned as I felt my tail pop, stiff from being hidden for so long.
"I'll go scout the area." I said, before taking off without an answer. As I flew around, I was actually slightly grateful that there wasn't much coverage, so that way I wouldn't get lost in my thoughts and crash into something. I scanned the ground thoughtfully, and was caught off guard when a fireball came hurtling right at me.
I rolled to the side, having it barely hit me. I immediately dived down on the source, ShadowFlame. She got to one side, and I pulled up, landing just in time.
"So," ShadowFlame sneered. "You're the competition. I expected more." I cocked an eyebrow.
"That's mean, Blaze. You shouldn't say that to the person you practically raised." I shot back. Her eyes lit up.
"Oh, FlyCraft! I wasn't expecting y-" she stopped as I held my scythe against her neck.
"For your information, my name is EnderSight." I deadpanned. Her eyes narrowed, and she pulled out a katana.
"Let's dance then. One final time, sister." She snarled. I smirked. This should be fun.
