EnderSight's P.O.V.
I walked into the bathroom on my 14th birthday, yawning and rubbing what I thought were my green eyes. Recently I had started wearing gloves, seeing that my hands now resembled a Net's, scaly and black. When I looked in the mirror, my eyes widened in shock. Instead of green irises, they were now violet, and I had violet streaks in my hair and the tips of my hair faded into violet as well.
"FlyCraft, WindStorm, getchyo asses in here NOW!" I yelled. We were forced to stay hidden to avoid getting forced onto a side. Blaze already joined Hatsnii's side and split into ShadowFlame and FireFly three years ago. They came running down the stairs into my bathroom, our eyes widening when we saw what each other looked like. Everything (skin-wise, at least) except for FlyCraft's head was withered and greyish-brown, and she had a metal collar connected to her neck that ran a foot down her neck, shoulders, and arms. WindStorm had a now silver halo over her now fairly light blonde head, and she had streaks like mine but light blue.
"What're we gonna do? We can't just go walking around like this, we'll be noticed immediately."
"I don't know, but I know something." WindStorm said, sounding excited.
"We can't get rid of these permanently, but we can hide them, one. And two, I heard that there's gonna be a mansion party tonight. Wanna go?" That cheered me right up.
"Lezzgo!" I shouted, and we all high-fived.

Le time skip

After we figured out how to hide what identified us as Spirits, we all dressed up. WindStorm wore a light blue dress with neon green patterns across it, FlyCraft wore nice jeans with a brown shirt and tan jacket, and I wore the same I normally wear except for the fact that everything that used to be black was now red, and my gloves were purple, and I wore sunglasses. We made sure our outfits were similar to our Spirit clothes, so should the occasion rise, we could easily shift into them. Our emblems were hidden somehow, so we didn't need to worry about them.
While I was talking, we made our way to the party and had gotten some food, drinks, and a table. What was about to go down, though, was pretty unexpected.

Khattee rounded up the team and a few extra Demis, and told us to head over to the mansion party that was going on, since a lot of famous people were going to be there, maybe even the other Spirits. Once we got there, we split up into groups, so I was stuck interrogating people with Caden and Austin, almost like three years ago- no, I won't talk about that. Almost as soon as we all split up, a group of seven girls came over to us, asking us who we were. We tried to pull a cover, but that didn't work out too well.
"OMG THE DEMIS ARE HERE!" One screamed, fangirling, and we were almost instantly surrounded by a mob of fangirls. Eventually, Austin tapped Caden and I on the shoulder and pointed out three strangely different girls sitting across the room. The long blonde-haired, blue eyed girl wore a long blue dress with neon green vertical stripes, the short brunette with grayish-brown eyes wore jeans with a brown shirt and tan jacket, and the black-haired girl wore almost all red except for her shirt and gloves, which were purple, and wore dark sunglasses to cover her eyes. The others came down and rid us of the fangirls so we could go and interrogate them.

The Demis walked in and split into groups. Probably a smart thing fan-girl wise. Taylor, Caden, and Austin were interrogating people, and eventually one person found out who they were, 'cause they were almost immediately mobbed by fangirls, causing us to start laughing our butts off. It. Was. HILARIOUS! What can I say? We were just LOFAOing!
I think the Demis noticed us, cause they came over to us once the others came down and got rid of fans for them. The fangirls noticed, cause they started to try to bring them back (didn't work), and we started laughing even harder. I took off my sunglasses and laid them on the table and started rubbing my eyes, tears of laughter stinging them. I felt FlyCraft and WindStorm looking at me with worry, though we were still in a laughing fit, so I sent them a message through telepathy, saying,
Don't worry. As long as I keep my eyes closed, I'll be fine. They got the message, so they continued to LTBF (Laugh Their Butts Off). We realized the Demis were at our table, kind of impatient, so I put on my sunglasses and calmed down after a little bit.
They started to introduce all of the Demis, but half-way through, they noticed us, like, half asleep, so they just got right to the questions. They asked things like what's your favorite color, favorite creature, yadda yadda yadda. We answered all the questions, then they said,
"We need DarkWing and Endersight to come with us." So they went, and after a little bit, came back, and they said,
"They know about us."
I was REALLY confused. "What do you mean, know?"
FlyCraft then stated, "Well, they know that WindStorm and I are Spirits,-"
"But not me?" I said with a raised eyebrow. They shook their heads. "So, let me guess, they want to take you guys to Khattee, and leave me behind?"
Caden apparently overheard us, cause he interrupted our low-voiced conversation. "Yeah. It's important for the war, and-"
"And I understand that, but if they're going, I'm going too. It's all or none."
I guess the others (Taylor got almost everyone else) and Caden knew they couldn't argue with me, so they agreed that I could go. We (WindStorm, FlyCraft, and I) mentally high-fived each other just before I caught the sounds of fighting outside. I alerted everyone else, and we just had time to exchange looks before the wall busted down. When the dust cleared, three people I thought I'd never see again stood there.
ShadowFlame, FireFly, and Hatsnii.
"Well, well, if it isn't my little sister, FlyCraft Hacatsna. It's so good to see you." ShadowFlame said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. She swaggered towards me, fire dancing around her feet.
"Aw, is little FlyCraft shy? Come on, take off your sunglasses or your beanie. Show them who you really are." FireFly said, sneering at us and joining her twin. Their words kept echoing in my head, making me stiffen.
"No." I croaked, my voice starting to resemble a Net's.
"Well, we can always give you some motivation, FlyCraft. Just face the truth, you'll have to show them eventually." Hatsnii said, as the Demis that were outside floated in (via Hatsnii's magic), bloody and scarred. As each one slowly woke up, they freaked out, until the green aura that surrounded them grew brighter, and their eyes slowly gained a black glaze, and they started jeering at us. I closed my in an attempt to keep my temper under control.
"Is my little sis sad? Why don't you join us, we'll let them go, and you can end this war." ShadowFlame jeered at me, causing everyone except for the Spirits to look at me in confusion. I slowly relaxed, then sent the Demis/Spirits that hadn't turned a message:
Get ready to run.
I slowly moved my hands towards each other as my clothes started to shift into Spirit clothes (for me, it's a black long coat with black jeans, red gloves, black boots that went up to mid-calf, a black beanie with a purple hem, and a purple t-shirt), and pulled pulled off my gloves, revealing my black hands. After pocketing my gloves, I said,
"I know you think you can change my mind, but my will is stronger than your magic will ever be." This caused Blaze's (ShadowFlame and FireFly both) eyes to flash in anger, and send a fireball each at us.
"Split!" I yelled, and we all scattered. I teleported behind Hatsnii and started running before they had time to react.
