"F-FlySight Askatchi?"
AndSight sighed. "When I died, I tried to tell Shadoe Horn your name, but the High Civil told me to switch names with the Dark Civil's. The truth is that your real name is FlySight Askatchi."
"But, I don't understand. Why were our names switched around?" I was so confused.
"We wanted to keep the Civils off of your backs, so that name didn't match abilities. Who knows what the Civils would do if they figured out two or three or, hell, even four Spirits were in their grasp the whole time."
"I guess I can understand two, but three or four? How?"
GieuAkkii suddenly looked up from her brisk walking pace and stopped, seeing that I was falling behind. She gave me a questioning look.
"Tell me, you have three good friends, am I right?" She wondered aloud, looking at me.
"Yeah. Why?" I responded.
"Because," GieuAkkii answered. "Names can relate to power."
"Can I change my name to EnderSight? I like it better, no offense."
GieuAkkii paused. "Yes, I guess so."
We set off at a slower pace so I could keep up. Eventually we made our way to a chamber guarded by some of the strongest, cleverest, and quickest Nets. They allowed us into the chamber, and I lost my view of the sky as I was enveloped in darkness, which felt natural to me. We kept walking down the narrow, twisted hallways, and my eyes were apparently used to the darkness, since they didn't adjust but I could still see perfectly.
"We're here." AndSight said, sounding a bit nervous. I looked around the nearly bare room and saw a small, dimly glowing symbol on a pedestal. As I walked closer to them, I saw five empty pedestals. The pedestals went in this order: Dark, OverWorld, Other, Fire, Sky, and High.
"Why are five of the pedestals empty?" I questioned, jerking AndSight out of a trance-like state.
"What? Oh. The empty pedestals are empty because the emblems have already been united with their owners. They've always been empty." She said.
"The emblems go left to right in terms of how powerful each category is. Dark is the most powerful, being the God of the NetWork, time, combat, and death."
"Oh, wow." I said, walking over to the only emblem, the Dark emblem. When I got right in front of it, it suddenly glowed brightly, its symbol appearing on the wall behind it. I jumped back in surprise, and to my shock, it started floating. AndSight's eyes widened in shock.
"I was right," She whispered. Her tone suddenly turned serious. "EnderSight, take the emblem."
"O-Ok." I said, and slowly reached out my hand tentatively to grasp it. As soon as I did, I looked over my shoulder, but AndSight was gone. The room filled with a blinding bright light, but an invisible force kept my eyes open, until my world faded black. When I opened my eyes, I found myself in a white room that faded into blue the higher it went up. The sun shown down on me, but I felt cool for some reason. As my vision focused and I stood up, I saw six different colored altars, with one person standing behind each, but only the people standing behind the green altar and the tan one looked like a solid person. Each of the people had their symbol somewhere visible, whether it was a necklace, or a bracelet, or a belt.
"Greetings, FlySight Askatchi. We've been waiting for your coming for a long time now. At least, most of us have." The person behind the snow-white altar said, glaring at the girl behind the green altar. He had the symbol of the Sky, I observed.
"Are you all Civils?" I asked. Everyone nodded.
'If they're all Civils, then their altars must relate to their power. So, The black one is FlyCraft, the green one is Hatsnii, the tan one is Khattee, the red one is Faundly, the white one is DarkWing, and the greyish-brown one is Endersight. You know, I find it kind of funny how my friends except for Blaze but including me have/used to have the same names as some of these Civils,' I thought.
"FlySight," Endersight said. "A couple of us would like to talk to you, to help you guide your path." I nodded and walked towards him slowly. Faundly and DarkWing joined us.
"There are people you know that are close to you. Three, to be exact. Can you tell us their names?" Faundly asked.
After I told them their names, they all exchanged looks.
"Thank you. When you leave the NetWork, find the other people you just named, okay?" DarkWing requested. I nodded and was allowed to go back to my spot. Then FlyCraft called me over, and wasted no time with what she needed to say.
"FlySight, you HAVE to stay hidden for as long as possible, okay? Now that you have your emblem, the Civils can track Dark energy, and will come looking for you. You need to use your powers wisely, otherwise the universe could be knocked off balance and crumble. In 4 years, the Demis' will corner you. THAT is the right time to go with them. After that, trust nothing and no one but your instincts. You understand me?" She said. I nodded fearfully, and went back to my spot as the Civils started to fade. The last thing I heard was FlyCraft.
"You'll accomplish great things if you remember what I told you, FlySight." She called out before everything turned white.
I was alone in the room with the emblem. My emblem, meanwhile, had turned into a necklace and was around my neck. As I remembered what the Civils had told me, I bolted for the door. It was time to go find some Spirits. As I reached the portal out of the NetWork, I let out a loud whoop to hype myself up.
