The brightness of the phone blinded you as you reached for it seeing the number on the screen. Wanting to decline the call you thought it over a second time thinking it was perhaps one of the boys who went out and got drunk then asked for some random person to call you to pick them up.

You slide your thumb on the screen to answer the call, bringing the phone to your ear - you groggily say "hello ?"

"Is this (Y/n) Kita - Miya ?"

"This is she. Uhm why am I being called so early in the morning ? Is it a team emergency or did my little brother get caught loitering ?" You ask your questions out of bed making your way to the kitchen -onto the center island to sit on it with the lights dimmed down to not wake anyone up.

"Oh I'm sorry I completely forgot about time zones. I'm Mr.Kuroo's intern. I'm interning him for a few months to get a job as a reporter . One of my internship assignments is to pick anyone that inspires me and interview them. I - uhh...uhm...sorry I'm just so nervous....Well thing is: you're that person that inspire me and I would really love to interview you. If that's okay with you,miss- ! "

Understanding the girl's nervousness and excitement, you chuckle softly. "May I have you name ?" You ask smiling looking down at your dangling legs from atop the island. "Yes of course my name is Akemi"

"Akemi,huh ? I've heard you strive to be the best reporter from Tetsuro. Heard yer eighteen and fresh out of high school. I congratulate you on your internship. Not sure how you ended up with that lanky motherfucker Kuroo but yes, I'll gladly accept your offer. Who am I to deny." Your smile brightens when answering to the girl. You had heard about her and how she was a bit clumsy because she was nervous to be around the person that knew her idol.
