"So...why don't we ask questions to each other?" Younghoon beamed while flipping the pages of the book he's holding.
"Yeah, sure! About what?" Yerin stared at how Younghoon flipped the pages. They're sitting next to each other on the wooden bench outside beside the lovely flowers.
"Hmm, more about ourselves. I haven't ask you about your favorites."
"Sure!"
"So, what's your favorite food?"
Yerin's all-time favorite food is something sweet like chocolate. But she cannot say it because there's no chocolate in this world.
"Uh, it's Chap Chae."
"Oh, I also like that food because it's made with sweet potato noodles. It's sweet and has a flavorful taste."
"What about your all-time favorite food?"
"I really like Sam Gae Tang. You know I often get illness and that food helps me with the restoration of my energy."
"That's great."
"What's your favorite color?"
"It's yellow."
"Mine is blue."
"Please specify. Is it like ocean blue, sky blue, something like Robin's eggs, sapphire, gas flames, Neptune, turquoise, Hyacinth macaw, or blue dart frog?"
Younghoon's face is now perplexed by what Yerin said. There are some things he didn't know that Yerin mentioned.
"What?" Head tilting to the side, lines are forming between his eyebrows. Utterly confused.
"Nevermind, guess you like sky blue."
"Oh, right. Sky blue, it is."
Yerin looked at him and she can't stop thinking about how this seemingly nice guy engaged in Helios' business. But looks can be deceiving. Most of the time, those who wear a casual smile and have a light aura are those people who will seize you.
"I want to know your thoughts about good and evil," Yerin enunciated.
Younghoon suddenly looked at her. "Why all of a sudden?"
"Nothing, I just wanna have a deep talk with you about life."
Lie. Because Yerin took this chance to know his reaction while talking about his hidden wickedness.
"Good and evil. Hmm... Good is something that is desirable in nature. It is something that is morally correct in the eyes of others and one's own eyes. When you do good things, you're not just the one who felt the sense of achievement but also the people who might have benefited from your good deed."
Yerin is amazed by his answer and looked at him in awe.
"On the other hand, evil is the opposite of good. It is something that brings dolor, anguish, turmoil, and destruction of lives," he stopped for a while and looked at Yerin. "But some people enjoyed being evil."
Yerin moved a little bit and got scared about his statement. But no, this isn't the time to be afraid. She wants to get more hints from him, hints about his enormity.
"You're right. You know, I'm a member of an organization back then and we often talked about good and evil."
"What's an organization?"
"It's an association of people with a particular purpose."
"Ohh. And what about that?"
"We are often told about good and evil and it is seen in many religious traditions. God created the entire world and sees it as good. Humans too are created good. However, things changed. The world and humans are deliberately becoming monstrous." She looked at him in the eyes. "There's no such thing as good humans who always do good and bad humans who always do evil. They say that these two things should exist but what if evil has more dominance than good?"
Younghoon didn't answer, he's out of words as he keeps on ruminating Yerin's words.
"We, as humans, are prone to errors and mistakes. Sometimes, because of that, we feel like we are not enough, that we are not suitable to different standards established by the world that leads to iniquity. We aim to be better even though we cause harm to other people. Did you already experienced that?" Yerin asked that made Younghoon left in bewilderment.
Shoot. He can't speak up. His hands are trembling. He even averted his gaze at Yerin that made her secretly smirked.
Yerin was about to speak when the gate suddenly opened and Eunbi entered. The two looked at her with a startled face.
"Hi, Eunbi!" Yerin greeted her merrily.
"Hi," she uttered coldly, trying to hide her bitterness upon seeing them talking together. "I came to visit Yewon."
Younghoon didn't answer, he just looked at her blankly. Yerin noticed it so she's wondering if he still despises Eunbi because she wasn't able to save her when she got stabbed or that's part of his resentment towards Eunbi. Before entering the house, Eunbi looked at Yerin and Yerin showed her eye smile.

"Eunbi!"Yewon hurriedly ran into Eunbi and hugged her tightly.
"Good thing that you came here. I'm all alone now, that Yerin girl keeps on talking to my orabeoni. It's as if she'll take my brother away from me. Tsk."
"It's fine. I'm here now, what'd you do last night?" She sat on the seat and looked around.
"I wrote some poems for you," she handed Eunbi the Hanji (traditional Korean paper).
"This is so good," Eunbi commented while reading it.
"Really?"
"Mmm," she nodded while smiling.
"Gomawo. Anyways, I don't like Yerin. I don't like her guts. I don't like everything about her. She even called me illiterate." She's ranting as if she's still a kid.
Eunbi's smile suddenly vanished as she looked at her. She felt a little annoyed but she didn't show it.
"Yerin is actually nice. You can't feel any sadness when you talk to her. Try to get along with her sometimes, she seems easy to deal with. And she's kind."
"Are you defending her?" There's a hint of bitterness plastered in Yewon's face. "Fine. Since everyone of you likes her, go talk to her." She was about to walk away but Eunbi holds her hand.
"Hey, I'm sorry." She hugged Yewon and pulled her closer making Yewon smile.
Eunbi has no plan of hugging Yewon but she saw Younghoon and Yerin also hugging outside and that made a little gash in her heart.
