"Hey, Isa, have your other end saw his red string yet?" Jarek asked

"No, he haven't yet" I answered

All my friends' other ends have already seen theirs, seems like mine would be the last

"And that concludes our classes for today, you may go now" Mr. Kim said as we bid him 'goodbye' and packed our bags

"I'll be going first guys! I have a book to look for in the library" I said, running out the classroom and to the library

"Wonder what's she rushing for?" Daniel thought

"Where is it?" I softly muttered, scanning through the books in the shelf

"Found it!" I exclaimed quietly, picking it up and hurrying over to a table

"History of the Ice Spell Casters and their Contributions" I read with a small smile

"Nee-san surely knows how to summon ice replicas since her power is frost so it'll be easy for her to do but the same doesn't go to me" I muttered

"If I really want to be like her, then I have to practice more than usual" I added quietly

"To the future ice spell caster/s, I hope this book will help you with what you wish to know. All the previous ice casters before you have been contributing to the information seen inside this. Use the knowledge for good, my dears, and never let greed take control" I softly read the note on the front page

"So that's why this is so thick..." I said in realization

"If I'm not mistaken it had been 500 years since the first generation of gifted and specials were born in the world. I wonder if the generation before us is still roaming about today" I thought, flipping the page to the table of contents

"...page 100... how to summon replicas using your ice spell" I read, before quickly turning it to the said page

"Summoning replicas isn't hard as long as you have a clear vision of what you want it to look like. I, for example, once tried making a replica of myself which turned out exactly like me. However, it will take quite a bit of your energy when you first try to do this. I suggest trying to replicate small objects first like a stuff toy and such before moving on to bigger ones like yourself or other people when the time comes. If ever you immediately try replicating yourself without proper practice, there's a 90% chance you will fall into a coma-like sleep for a whole week or more, so beware. Heed my warning, my dears, for I only want what is best for you all" I read softly

"Of course, everything will have a price to pay" I thought, flipping to the next page

"Hello, Kuroko-san" I greeted, before continuing to read the page

"Hello, Yura-san, may I ask what are you reading?" Kuroko-san queried

"Ah, it's about the previous ice casters before me. Apparently, all of them contributed something to this book so it could help the future ones" I answered

"I see..." Kuroko-san said

"Do you want to read it with me, Kuroko-san?" I asked

"Sure" Kuroko-san said as I switched my place to sit next to him instead, before reading together again
