=Rainbow Academy: Hallways=
/Sunny's POV/
I was just wandering around the hallways of the Rainbow Academy as our classes had already ended 10 minutes ago and it's boring to just be stuck in my dorm so yeah
I was reading an interesting book I found in the library while doing so. The hallways were wide anyways so I don't have to worry about someone bumping into me, moreover, the classes for the gifted ends an hour after us and I'm certain my fellow specials are already in their dorms, but I can't say the same for our guests
I continued walking, not paying much attention to my way, just quickly peeking out from the book to take a turn and going back to reading after, not realizing I was passing by an indoor court
"Hey, watch out!" A voice called as I turned to face where it came from only to have a basketball ball hitting me straight in my face
"Maybe I should've paid attention when walking" I mentally noted
I clutched my head with one hand and slowly shook it, the book still in my other
"Are you okay? I'm sorry about that" The voice said, pulling me up gently
"Don't worry, I'm fine, just a bit lightheaded from the impact" I assured, smiling up at the person
"I already told you to be careful, Kagami-kun" Another voice piped up
"I know that, Kuroko!" Kagami-san answered loudly
"You shouldn't be too loud, Kagami-san, classes are still on-going for the gifted and the specials are currently resting after their own" I softly scolded
"Wait, you're a special, aren't you? Then why aren't you resting like your classmates?" Kagami-san asked
"I don't feel that tired yet, that's why I'm just walking around while reading when you accidentally hit me with a ball" I explained, closing the book in my hands after putting a book mark on the page I was currently reading
"I'm sorry about that again" Kagami-san apologized
"And I told you it was fine, being hit by a spell hurts more than that anyways" I said, muttering the last part
"Kagami-kun, when did you tie a red string on your finger?" Kuroko-san asked
"What string?" Kagami-san asked, turning to Kuroko-san as I looked down at his left hand
"Oh, the red string of fate" I answered nonchalantly
"Red string of what?" Kagami-san asked, turning to me again
"The red string of fate that connects you to your other half or other end, which in your case is me" I explained
"I'm sure our headmaster and headmistress explained it already when you first came here, were you not listening?" I asked
"I just thought red strings are nothing but a myth" Kagami-san answered
"So does that makes me a myth for him?" I asked in my head
"But do you believe it now?" I asked, showing my right pinky finger to him so he could clearly see my red string
"Yeah, I guess" Kagami-san said
"Alright then, I'll be on my way now, it's getting late and I still have classes tomorrow" I said, bowing to him slightly before turning around and walking back to the dorms
