My eyes opened at the sound of the alarm clock, and I sighed as I sat up, messing my own hair, when I noticed Buttercup lying next to me again.
Buttercup looked so cute and calm as she slept while I lay next to her and hugged her, being careful not to hurt her because she is pregnant.
I squeezed her breast as she moaned in her sleep and turned around to face me as she snuggled in my chest.
"I love you," I whispered in Buttercup's ear as she hummed in her sleep, as I carefully stood up so I don't wake my wife.
I went to the restroom to do my usual routine and exited 10 minutes later with a towel wrapped around my waist.
"Chocolate," Buttercup murmured in her sleep, which made me laugh since she is obsessed with chocolate and ice cream, and this is what I love about her...she is so easy going in front of me and then all of a sudden she is terrified and in a corner...my kitty.
I went to the walk-in closet and opened it to take out an outfit as I sighed, remembering that I had a meeting with the other company today, which required formal attire.

When I noticed Buttercup sitting up, I hurriedly put my wallet and phone in my pocket and wore my watch.
I could sense Buttercup wanted to be with me, but I think it's best if she rests. She needs all the relaxation, sleep, and food she can get because I want her to be healthy when she gives birth."That's my girl, now lay down," I said as I gently made Buttercup lay down while kissing her neck and making a kiss mark because why not? She is, after all, mine.
"You look handsome when you wear formal clothing," Buttercup exclaimed, which startled me because she attacked me completely out of nowhere.
"I will wear formal for the rest of my life," I remarked, making her laugh as I stroked her cheek as she said, "No, I enjoy it when you wear casual too because you look so badass," which made me smile. After all, this girl knows how to flirt without even thinking about it.
