Butch carried Buttercup whereas Boomer and Jace made sure Butch don't drop Buttercup or her head doesn't hit anything.
Butch gently placed Buttercup down as he closed the door and entered from the other door, while Blossom sat in the passenger seat and Brick sat in the driver seat as he got the car out of the parking to drive it to the hospital.
The only thing Butch just hoped for was Buttercup to give birth to a healthy baby girl and Buttercup also stays healthy after giving birth.
Butch wanted both his girls in his arms safe and sound and he was willing to do anything for that to happen...Butch held Buttercup's hand as he rubbed her belly gently while he just wished that nothing happens to Buttercup or Brenna.

NO ONE'S P.O.V
Butch was terrified as Brick came to a halt in front of the hospital, allowing Butch to exit and open the door from the other side.
Buttercup cried out in agony as Butch picked her up and rushed inside the hospital, Blossom close by.
Blossom stayed with Butch to help him and calm him down while Brick drove away to park the car.
Butch looked around, unsure what to do, and yelled "HELP MY WIFE" as a nurse rushed towards them.
"I think she's about to give birth," Butch said nervously as another nurse arrived with a gurney. The nurse assisted Butch in placing Buttercup on the gurney as they took her, while Butch remained with Buttercup, holding her hand and Blossom holding Buttercup's other hand.
