We headed outside after a minute or two and everyone was here. "You two done?" Mpumi asked and we ignored her completely.
"Maya, mind if I take your car so I can go get Melo's car from my place?" Mayra asked me. "No problem at all," I responded and she headed out with Melo.
"Yeah, are we spending the next two nights here or should we leave?" Neo asked me. Neo just spoke to me. After 11 months, Neo spoke to me.
"We're sleeping here," I responded. "I'm just not sure if the rooms are enough," I laughed.
"Don't worry. We'll make a plan. We always do," Lea said and everyone walked into the house.
The rooms were actually enough. Oh shit. Jabu and Lethu aren't here yet. Ah, fuck it.
After everyone had settled in, Billy sat next to me on the couch and I put my legs over his. He pulled me towards him and onto his lap.
Our eyes locked and we both smiled. I leaned in to kiss him and he didn't resist. This the first time we kiss in front of our friends.
"So you two are a thing?" Thabo asked when we pulled away from the kiss and cuddled. "We're friends," Billy responded. He's not lying though. We are friends. We've never spoken about what we feel for each other. So that makes us friends.
"With benefits," Lea added and we laughed. Jabu had his eyes on my bare thighs and he looked up. Our eyes met and he looked away quickly. What the fuck is he thinking about?
Lesego and I decided to cook dinner because everyone was already drinking and no one was willing to go buy food.
"I didn't know you liked cooking," I said to her. "And I didn't know you looked so sexy cooking," she replied and I blushed.
"Please pass me the uhm..." I trailed off when her face was inches away from mine. "The what?" she whispered.
I pulled her and our lips met in an aggressive kiss. "I miss you," she said after the kiss. I'm not gonna lie, I miss her too. A lot.
"I miss you," I replied and she hugged me. "Are you two cooking or fucking?" Mayra asked. Oh, she's back.
"We're uhm... we're cooking," I replied as soon as I pulled away from the hug. Her scent was all over my body and I fought the urge to make out with her.
After about an hour, dinner was ready. Everyone sat around the long outdoor dining table and we had dinner.
Billy sat on my right and Lesego across me. "Your lameass can actually cook," he whispered. "There's a lot more I can do," I whispered back. "Oh, and what's that?" he asked.
"I'll have to show you because I'm so bad at explaining," I told him and he flushed. Did I just make Billy blush?
"Do you wanna go get the car now or later?" I asked him. "I'm honestly so drunk. Tomorrow will be perfect," he said and I nodded.
"Anyone down for spin the bottle?" Gundo asked after dinner. We sat in a circle on the floor and she spun the bottle. It landed on Lesedi and they made out. I've never seen Gundo with a woman except for that one time in Kimberly or Cape Town.
Lesedi gave the bottle a spin and it landed on Jabu. Her body sat on his as they kissed. Jabu span the bottle and it landed on me. Well, fuck.
He got up and walked towards me. He reached his hand out to help me get up and kissed me. His tongue danced with mine and I fought the urge to wrap my legs around his torso.
He pulled away smiling and I span the bottle. Why the fuck did it have to land on Mpumi?
I walked to her and positioned myself over her lap. We made eye contact that felt super intense and I cupped her face to kiss her.
Her lips were still really soft and she gave me that warm feeling on my lower stomach as she kissed me. I found myself thinking about every time she fucked the life out of me and remembered that she's my bestie's girlfriend. Fuck.
I pulled away and she spun the bottle. The game went on and on and when Billy gave the bottle a spin, it landed on me.
He pulled me into his lap and gave a kiss. There's that feeling that I've missed. "Let's get out of here," I whispered after pulling away from the kiss.
"Night," I screamed as we hurried to the house.
