The following morning, Jimin wakes up from the melody the chirping birds outside his window are making. Not wanting to look into the blinding morning light, he lets his gaze linger further into the room.
He stops when he spots the sleeping silhouette of his husband on the chair in the corner of their room.
Jimin chuckles softly when he opens his eyes fully and sees his husband sleeping peacefully in the most uncomfortable position ever, but miraculously it looks like the prince doesn't have any problems with that. While the prince softly breathes in and out, the light air leisurely blows his loose hanging strands of his hair up.
Jimin slowly pushes his body up to sit straight on the bed, keeping his balance by deeply pushing his hands into the sheets.
Jimin looks around a few times more, before he decides to get out of bed. While removing his duvet, he notices that he is still wearing the same clothes from yesterday. He struggles whether he will take a shower first or wake up his husband from his sleeping state. After seeing how untroubled his husband proceeds to sleep, Jimin decides to take a well deserved shower first.
Jimin feels somewhat grateful that Yoongi decided to sleep on the chair, not wanting to disturb or wake up Jimin from his sleep. Fastly that feeling of gratitude changes. The younger feels a little sorry for his husband, knowing that sleeping in such a position will result in serious back and neck pain.
While putting on his slippers, Jimin tip-toes his way to the bathroom door, slowly pulling the door open and turning around once more to check if his husband didn't wake up. His worry goes away, when he hears his husband light snoring. Jimin smiles and goes into the bathroom, letting out a relieved sigh when he closes the door behind him.
After half an hour Jimin returns back to their chamber. The dampness from the hot shower lingers around him, while he dries his hair with his towel. This time he wasn't planning on being quiet, loudly walking around the room, while drying his hair. When he is done, he lays the towel on his bed and averts his gaze to his husband, who is still in dreamland, his head slightly drooping to the side and his arms crossed. Jimin can't help but cooes at how cute he looks.
''Yoongi, baby?'' Jimin tries, whispering the words as to not startle his husband. Yoongi puffs out a breath, blabbers something inaudible, and weakly shifts from his place, before his soft snores fill the room again.
Jimin backs off and decides to put on some clothes first, getting rid of the towel that was tightly tied around his body, to replace it with a beautiful azure satin robe, his wet light blue locks hanging before his eyes, making the prince look ten times more handsome due to the bright light infiltrating the room through the satin curtains.
Jimin proceeds to open these same curtains and the big window, inhaling the intruding fresh air deeply. Now with the window open he can hear the hymning of the birds more clearly.
Suddenly, not so lovely groans disturbed Jimin's peaceful admiration of the birds. He turns around, only to see his husband reluctantly cracking his eyes open. ''Jimin-ah?'' A soar voice calls for him. ''Yes, love?'' Jimin answers amused. ''Close the curtains, it's too bright.'' Jimin lets out a loud chuckle. ''And what if I don't?'' Jimin responds firmly, always ready to bicker with his husband even if it is this early in the morning. Yoongi groans even louder after hearing his husband's response. ''Jimin-ah, baby. Please.''
Jimin approaches his husband, staring at Yoongi's drowsy face, before he painfully pinches both of his cheeks. ''Auch!'' Yoongi exclaims, the sudden pain forcing his eyelids to open. ''Wake up, sleepy head.'' Jimin whispers, while shaking his husband's head from side to side with his little hands.
