Not be able to restrain himself from staring any longer at the appetizing food, the youngest raises his voice; ''Bon appetit~!'' Jungkook shouts across the table, his bright voice resonating through the massive dining room. ''You too, all of you.'' Namjoon says, heaving his goblet up high and placing it on the tip of his mouth to take a sip of the containing liquor, after all the other's present at the diner imitated his gesture. Not long after that, when everyone's attention was fixated on the dinner, silence began to fill the room. Poached trout, sprinkled with fresh basilica and lemon juice, was served as the main dish, the aroma of the perfectly cooked fish infiltrating the royal member's nostrils.
''It smells absolutely delicious!'' Jimin remarks, letting out a delightful sound through his watery mouth, making the others laugh at the prince's behavior. Across the seated blue-haired prince, Yoongi also lets out a soft chuckle as he sees his husband's excitement reflecting in his eyes, letting out a snort when Jimin begins to impatiently cut the piece of fish served on his plate with his knife and fork. ''I absolutely agree with you that the food is delicious min, but don't forget your manners.'' Yoongi lets him know, eying Jimin's now dirty mouth. The prince looks up and smiles sheepishly, quickly taking his napkin next to his plate from the table, to wipe the food scraps away. ''Sorry not sorry.'' Jimin mumbles, flashing his eye smile towards the elder, before taking another bite again, gesturing to his husband to start eating too. ''You are impossible.'' Yoongi murmurs, wanting to show the younger his disappointment, but failing as Jimin's infectious smile, makes him smile too, whereas he complies and starts eating.
The sun had already set, the remaining orange glow almost disappearing under the high trees, giving room for the moon to take in her place. The stars accompany the moon as she slowly becomes more visible for the eyes to see.
The royal family was eating dinner later than usual. Mainly because Yoongi and Jimin lost track of time in the garden, Taehyung and Jin bumped into Jungkook to which the two of them decided to join the younger in his painting lessons just outside the castle and Namjoon was busy coming up with a solution for their rising problem.
While everyone enjoyed their dinner, Taehyung uncomfortably shifted on his chair, the burning questions darting through his mind and making him anxious as he didn't know if it was right to ask them or not. After contemplating for a couple of more minutes, his appetite gone as he started to play with the fork in his hand, he decided to just go for it.
During the whole day he hadn't really seen his older brothers. Namjoon and Yoongi acted quite unusually after last night, the two of them spending more time with each other than normal. First, he didn't pay any heed to it, not questioning two brothers spending time with each other, but as he sensed how they behaved more strangely, less happy and more stressed, his worries started to engulf his mind by itself. The two looked more troubled than before and as a family, the prince wanted to know what could have happened that made his brothers mood like that.
''Brother, you were the only one who wasn't outside today, why did you spent the whole day in the castle?'' Namjoon stops midway in his conversation with Jin, turning his head to his little brother and placing his fork which still had a piece of fish pierced through the four silver tines, down on his porcelain plate. Taehyung looks at him, his features softening as he doesn't want his brother to think that he was interrogating him. He patiently waits for his brother's answer, whereas Namjoon is having an unreadable expression on his face as he nervously wipes his mouth with a napkin, his movements deliberately slow to give the king some extra time to think about his answer. Taehyung didn't miss how Yoongi and the king briefly exchanged some worried looks with each other, both having an unsettling look on their faces. ''Yoongi, everything is fine, right?'' The prince asks suddenly, averting his gaze from the one to the other, but without completely losing his focus on Namjoon.
