It seemed that even though the Avengers wanted some time apart, the world wasn't ready to say goodbye to Earth's mightiest heroes and they were once again teaming up. Only this time, the team was slightly smaller than what it had been before. Steve was still in charge, giving instructions and overseeing the entire operation as they had had intel about the small hostile group which was made up of whatever was left of Hydra, being at this precise location to steal from a local police station. In his team was obviously, Noelle, who was his right-hand woman and was prepping her guns as they watched from a hotel room above the station and Sam was above ground, keeping an arial view of the area to keep an eye out for anything unusual. On the ground were both Wanda and Natasha, sitting at separate tables outside a café and pretending that what they were doing was completely normal; not bringing any unwanted attention onto themselves.

"Alright, what do you see?" Steve asked over the radio, using this as good practise for the newest Avengers to see if they were ready for big missions like this one.

Wanda sipped her coffee, speaking quietly back to him so no one would suspect anything. "Standard beat cops. Small station, quiet street. It's a good target."

He pushes the curtains to one side, looking carefully out of the hotel room and making sure that his face was hidden, just in case there was someone waiting for him to appear. "There's an ATM on the south corner, which means?"

"Cameras."

"Both cross streets are one-way." Noelle added, waiting for Wanda to show off her new expertise in this mission. They had been working on everything that Steve had been teaching her and now this was her chance to come out as top of the class. Noelle was more than proud of her friend, wanting her to succeed and glad that they had become so close in the last two years.

Wanda took a second to think about her answer. "So, compromised escape routes?"

"Means out guy doesn't care about being seen." Steve explained, also feeling proud that he had taught Wanda all of these things that were now coming in handy. "He isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?"

"Yeah, the red one? It's cute."

"It's also bulletproof, which means private security, which means more guns and that means more headaches for somebody." Natasha cut in over the radio, sitting a few tables away from Wanda but not looking in her direction. "Probably us."

"You guys know I can move things with my mind, right?" Wanda wondered, glad that they were working so hard to keep her focused but frustrated that they didn't want her to use her powers which would have made the entire mission easier.

"Looking over your shoulder needs to become second nature."

Sam scoffed at her response, walking across the top of a nearby building and keeping an eye out for anything unusual. "Anybody ever tell you, you're a little paranoid?"
