age 11 1/2, when he scraped his knee after falling off a tire swing you two built in your backyard and you ran inside and cleaned his cut and gave him a hello kitty bandaid
age 12, when you entered a talent show with him and you two choreograohed a dance routine and placed first
age 13, when you met his dad on accident for the first time and handled it well, when you got out of his house you immediately hugged him and let him stay with you for the week
age 14, when you braided his hair one sunday night and when he took it out it was all curly and you guys almost kissed, and then laughed about it
age 15, when you guys got caught smoking and you made up a lie on the spot to get you both out of trouble and it worked
age 16, when he noticed how soft your hair is and how your laugh is contagious, when he looked over your shoulder and saw that your lock screen is a selfie you guys took together in 6th grade, when he stared into your eyes and saw how they sparkled, when he noticed how kind you were and how you treated every living thing with love
,that's when he knew he loved you.
