Allen's isn't sure what wakes him up this time. His bed is comfortable tonight, not having been forced to sleep on a lumpy couch since the King was displeased with him. Scott had sent them both had been sent away, actually, to their own attached suites that'd just recently been finished. Robbie had seemed rather sad but didn't complain as he shut he door to his room. Allen had been relieved. He was used to sleeping alone, and he was excited to get a good night's sleep after two pretty sleepless nights.

That didn't explain why he was awake now.

His eyes crack open, trying to make sense of the dark room through his blurry vision.

"Hey." A voice whispers from where his back is turned away from the door. He's moving before he's really conscious of it, sitting up with a startled yelp. The intruder also screams, their figure a dark blob with the lack of light as they jump away from where they were standing beside the bed. He scrambles to turn on the lamp next to him, fumbling with the switch for a few moments. Once the room is bathed in the yellow-ish light Allen can finally make out Robbie standing the middle of his room clutching his chest as though it were Allen that just scared the shit out of him. "Robbie, what the fuck?"

"I didn't mean to scare you!" Robbie huffs, "You sleep like the dead, you know? I've been trying to wake you for like five minutes."

Allen rubs the sleep out of his eyes, then glances at his alarm clock. It was nearly three in the morning. What was with both Robbie and the King waking him at ungodly hours? "Is something wrong?"

"Uhm, well no not really, I was just sort of wondering if I could sleep with you?"

Allen just waves the Omega over, biting back his irritation so he doesn't snap at him. Not that he's actually mad at Robbie or anything, he's actually kind of flattered that he wants to sleep with him, he's just grumpy and tired and missing when his sleep was uninterrupted. He lays back down as Robbie switches the lamp off, then he's crawling under the covers too. They get settled, Robbie immediately snuggling into his side, using his bicep as a pillow and no doubt his arm would be tingling in the next half hour or so. "Were you having trouble sleeping or something?"

"Yeah," Robbie mumbles back, grabbing the hand of his unoccupied arm to intertwine their fingers, "Sorry for waking you up."

""S no problem. Next time you don't have to wake me though, you can sleep here whenever."

"Thanks." He can feel Robbie smile into his shoulder, placing a kiss to the bare skin there. Allen falls asleep moments later, the content smell of berries washing over him.

Vincent joined them for their daily chess game.

"Are you sure that you want to spend your summer here, Vincent? You just graduated; you should be using this time to travel before you start college." Scott states, absentmindedly moving a piece on the board. Even when he wasn't focused on the game, the monarch was still absolutely obliterating him.

"I wanna stay here." Vincent grumbles, before leaning over towards Allen. His first instinct is to lean away from the kid, or maybe even glare at him, but then he's giving him advice on where to move his rook in a lowered voice. Even though the King could clearly hear him, judging by the way he rolls his eyes, Allen still listens and moves the piece into the directed square.

"I can't see why you wouldn't be taking the opportunity to see the world. Unless it's money trouble? Surely, your mother hasn't managed to blow through your inheritance, Vincent, he's not supposed to even touch it-"
