You and Miya were practicing together and talking. "So your little fan group told me that you and Joe finally threw in the rope." He laughed slightly. "Which of you caved?"

"I gave him a bit of a push to caving, so both technically." You shrugged.

"I also heard from cherry that you stayed the night at his place eh?" Miya laughed nudging your arm.

"Normal siblings would be disgusted, why are you encouraging that?" You asked.

"Unlike previous attempts, joe is a good guy." Miya said. "I doubt that in a true relationship he'd pull anything shady."

"Joe definitely isn't like that." You smiled. "He's so considerate too.. it almost makes me feel bad."

"Soooo.... Have you seen it yet?" Miya asked.

"Miya!!" You said embarrassed.

"Well, I mean. Commonly men who are covered in muscle are over compensating, so I'm kinda curious, does that match the rest of him?" Miya laughed.

"You could probably ask cherry, though I doubt he'd tell you." You shrugged. "I'm actually a little worried that it might match, that would be concerning, I'm so much smaller than him, I might die."

"Haha, yeah that'd be bad." He nodded.

"Hey! We should get going, you ask your sis if she's coming with or not?" Shadow shouted. 

"Hey, we're heading out to the beach for today, Langa just couldn't keep away from the water." Miya said. "I should call Cherry and have him and Joe come with."

"Nah, we should leave them alone, they're hardcore practicing today." You shrugged. "They're worried about Adam's big appearance that's coming up soon."

"Adam is making an appearance?" Reki asked.

"Shit, I really need to keep my mouth shut." You sighed scratching your head. "Yeah, Adam is making a big deal of this plan he's been making, all I know is that it's gonna take place during the upcoming weekend."

"Really!?" Langa looked excited.

"....Look kid, coming from someone who skated with Adam for fun often in the past, he never aimed to hurt me in the past, and I never expected him too, we got along better than me and Joe get along." You shook your head. "You shouldn't race him.. Miya has horrible experiences with him, and every racer he's skated against he's hurt, even reki, and myself."

"But he didn't manage to hurt me!" Langa shouted.

"That's because the cops interrupted snowbird." You said poking him in the chest. "You don't know Adam, and you certainly don't know all his tricks, he knows over half of my tricks too, and mine are much more dirty handed than his."

"Like the skating backwards?" Reki asked. "Cause that's not too bad."

"...." You blinked a couple times. "Langa wasn't there to watch the match between me and Adam, but as soon as he pulled Love-hug we played an entirely different game."

"I do remember that..." Miya mumbled.

"He pulled love hug and instead of slowing down, y/n went full speed towards him, the nose of her board hitting the belly of his, if it wasn't for him crushing her board under his she would have knocked him off and skated right through. But as soon as he crushed the board she flew off." Shadow said. "She would have won if her broken bones weren't cause for disqualification."
