The Lines Were Gone (Joe x reader X Cherry)

A Challenge

You skated to the skate park by the beach that morning, you experimented with some new techniques, you skated all over town Joe's hood over your head when it started pouring down rain.

You skated in territory where skating was illegal, and places where it was welcomed. You bought some weed from some of your old hippie friends and returned to the beach. You leaned against a stupid carving on the skating rink that read.

"Adam, Cherry, Forest and atomic." You sighed letting out a puff of smoke from your blunt. "God, why are we falling apart? Please fucking stop this."

Your eyes watered but you shoved it back with another deep breath of marijuana. You blew it out and after the cloud of smoke faded away you saw Kaoru pop up in your vision.

"...." He didn't say anything he just said something to Carla before sitting next to you. You sat in comfortable silence. He took off his glasses and put out his hand. You handed him the blunt and rolled another one, lighting it and of course, smoking it.

Now you and Cherry sat in comfortable High silence. You got up and picked up your board. "Around the city?"

"...it's not the same." Cherry said. "Not without Kojiro."

"Did you sort that out, or are you gonna fight the next time he sees you?" You asked tiredly.

"...I don't know.. that gorilla is unlike any other." Cherry sighed.

"First off, rude." Joe yawned. "Second off, Smoking without me, also rude."

"I didn't buy enough to get two grown guys high, let along two grown guys and me." You laughed as you skated in circles.

"How are you picking up speed while going in circles without pushing yourself?" Joe asked pulling you over to him by your waist.

"Hey! I've been practicing all day." You said simply scrunching your nose at him.

"Alright, I know we didn't solve our problem last night, but acting overly couple-like and being all lovey-dovey with y/n, isn't gonna solve it either." Cherry sighed.

You slipped out of Joe's hands with ease leaving his sweatshirt behind, so that you were just in your sports bra and some shorts. You have yourself a big push and did a large flip. You landed easily, but you still glared at the air as though it had screwed you up. You tried it again, catching a lot more air this time. You managed to turn around and use the center of your board to slide down the top of the circle shaped skating rink.

"Woah..." Cherry looked very impressed.

"Why are you practicing stuff like that?" Joe asked.

"Is that any of your business gorilla?" Cherry asked.

"Well at least someone had the balls to ask her out Kaoru!" He said butting heads with cherry.

"Hey!!" You yelled. "Hold this."

You tossed the board to Joe and begin looking around. "The three of us are going back to my place for today."
