night swim. Chapter 10.

It had been a few days after the second incident and it hasn't been the same, all of the boys including me started to get really bad at baseball. Of course we still loved the game, it was just... different for some reason.

We were all playing ball like any other day until I spoke up because the boys were being so bad at baseball. "Alright guys! Listen up!" All the boys attention went on me. "We have been so bad lately! And I wanna know why. I mean not even I know why Im being so bad." I yelled.

"Clara, we really don't wanna have this conv-" I cut ham off. "No! We are going to have this conversation! You can't deny it." I yelled. "Fine" all the boys said in unison. "Good. Now, cmon tell me why your so bad at baseball right now?" I asked.

"Well it's just... lately bad things have been going on, like you getting surgery, and then your jaw having to be placed back in the right spot Y'know" Kenny said. "But why dose that effect baseball?" I asked with my hands on my hips. "We don't know, it's just kinda stressful. We're just scared that something else is gonna happen. All we need is just a break from baseball for a couple days." Timmy said.

"Okay, but for how long?" I asked. "I don't know, maybe about 5 days?" Kenny said. "I wouldn't mind that. I kinda actually wanna be free like obviously baseball is my life but we always play it. I wanna do something different." I said. All the boys agreed including benny. "Let's plan out stuff we wanna do at our houses, we don't all have to do stuff together." I said while the boys agreed.

We all said our goodbyes but me and Benny. "Hey Benny?.." I asked. "Hm?" Benny replied. "What do you wanna do?" I asked again. "I wanna be with you for those 5 days" Benny said smiling. "I do to, but what are we gonna do?" I said. We both stopped for a second to think. "I got it!" Benny yelled. "What is it? And lower your voice!" I said giggling. "Sorry, it's just. What if tonight we go night swimming!" Benny yelled again. "Shhhh! And what if we get caught? First, we're banned from the pool. Second, we might get caught." I said.

"That's true but we can sneak in once it's closed. And we won't get caught. I have a plan if we do." Benny smirked. "But what about your parents and my mom? Do we tell them" I asked. "No, we have to keep it a secret. When dose your mom go to sleep?" Benny asked. "Umm 9 or 10" I said. "Okay, when dose she wake up?" Benny asked again. "Uhhh 7AM" I said. "Kay, we'll leave at 10:30 and we'll come home at 1AM" Benny said. "Kay! Cya at 10:30" I said running to my house.

Time passes and my family is asleep. It's now 10:30 and I text Benny

Benny! Cmon it's 10:30

He replied saying

Sorry! My parents still aren't asleep. It's weird, they're never like this.

Strange.... Guess we'll have to wait. An hour passed and his parents are finally asleep. I was about to fall asleep until I heard rocks hitting my window. I rolled my eyes and got up. "Whoever is doing that sto- oh, hey Benny! Come on up" I said opening my window. He climbed in. He had no shirt on, I was trying to look away from him. "What? Is their something on me?" Benny asked. "Your shirt? Where is it" I asked laughing a bit. "Ohhh I left it at home, cause y'know where going swimming" Benny said and rolled his eyes.

I laughed and said. "Okay well I'm getting my swimsuit on." "Kay" he said. I grabbed a red bikini and went inside my bathroom. I got changed and came out. Benny wouldn't stop starring at me. "Benny, stop. My eyes are up here" I chuckled. "Sor-sorry" Benny said shaking his head to snap out of it. We headed out through the window and started walking to the pool.

"Ugh it's taking foreverrr" I groaned. "My legs are getting tired." I whined. "Here let me hold you. Get on my back." Benny said. I hopped on his back and then he started to walk. After about 10 minutes we got their. "Here it is" I said and hopped the fence. Benny hopped the fence right after me. I laughed and jumped in the pool.

Benny went in right after me. Benny splashed me and I just laughed. "Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez!" I said laughing in between sentences. "Sorry babe!" Benny said laughing aswell. We played for what felt like hours. So many laughs, splashes, random conversations, it was life. At that moment, I knew Benny was the one.

"Marco!" Benny yelled. " Polo!" I yelled back. "Marco!" "Polo!"

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

"Marco!"

"Pol-"

Benny found me and grabbed me. We both busted out laughing.

We both heard footsteps. I gasped quietly. "Cmon." Benny whispered while swimming over to the deep end. "WHOS THEIR?!" A cop said. The cop was pointing his flashlight at the water.

My heart was racing. "Benny, what do we do?" I asked while panicking. "Here! Can you hold your breath for awhile?" Benny asked while whispering. "No, I only can for 14 seconds." I said. "Okay well come with me." Benny said dragging me to the deep end wall.

"I'm gonna go underwater, I'm gonna hold you down until he leaves. Your gonna have to stay underwater to. You can get some breaths in between okay?" Benny asked whispering. I nodded my head. "Okay, 1, 2, 3" Benny pulled me underwater. It was about 20 seconds in and my head was getting really light headed. I pulled my head above the water for 5 seconds then went back underwater again. "SHOW YOURSELF!" The cop yelled. My heart was racing so fast.

The cop went all around the pool and found no one. The cop left. I gave Benny a look underwater that signaled him to go to the surface.

We were both breathing very heavily. "Oh my gosh, I'm never doing that again" I said. "Me neither. Let's get out of here." Benny said. We both got out and just thinking about how if we got caught we would be caught in our BATHING suits. I busted out laughing. "What's so funny?" Benny asked grinning.

"It's just that, if we got caught we would be going to jail in our BATHING SUITS" I said and then started laughing even more to the point I couldn't breath. Just then Benny busted out laughing to. We hopped the fence while laughing.

We got to our homes and the laughing started to die. "Tonight was probably the most amazing night of my life" I said smiling. "It was even more than I could imagine." Benny said amazed. We both laughed once again. "Thank you, For everything Benny. I love you to the moon and back." I said smiling. "I love you even more" Benny said. Just then our lips smashed into each other's. It lasted about 1 minute. It felt amazing. it was love. I could trust Benny with my whole heart. He was the one.

We broke the kiss and just smiled, while gazing into eachothers eyes. "I love you. Goodnight, princess." Benny said and waved goodbye. "Goodnight amor." I said and left.

Tonight was a night I will never ever forget. Even when we're old, together.

OMFG, I THINK THIS IS THE BEST CHAPTER I HAVE EVER MADE. I REALLYYY HOPE YALL LIKE ITTT!!!! Bye yall!
