"dorothy, you in?"
seulgi adjusted her earpiece, pulling her hair closer to her ear to cover it. "yeah. am i really gonna get stuck with that code name?"
it felt weird at some point. it's been awhile since they didn't take on missions like this and being reunited back with her gun and earpiece felt, new.
"yes, forever," joohyun mockingly replied. "suho?"
"madame, how may I help you?" junmyeon joked which earned a scoff from the leader.
"you guys got some fashion statement today." bogum's voice ran down through their ears.
junmyeon was wearing a grey, printed button down shirt leaving the first few buttons open under a black leather jacket, dark ripped jeans and black high cut shoes. "agents fight with style."
"you better not wear anything black next time." seulgi glowered at him, "black suits me better."
"oooh~" the three agents cheered, laughing at junmyeon's defeated huff.
seulgi sported a black long sleeved satin blouse, tucked in black leather pants secured with a black belt paired with black ankle boots and some chains that hung loose on the belt loops. her lips were painted with a dark shade of red which stood out against her all black fit.
"alright children of taeyeon stop arguing and start moving," joohyun intruded, dragging their focus away from fashion to mission.
"yes ma'am!" the two said in unison.
soon they went on their separate ways, scanning the bar for their supplier. junmyeon took the upper deck while seulgi wandered around the lower part where the main dance floor is.
the club was classy and nice, but also messy. loud beats echoed through the place as she took steps further to inspect. since this is the main area, there are a lot of people— both good and dirty people.
on her left were two men passing a packet of drugs to a certain person. her eyes moved to their direction to see if the man was who they're looking for but she was wrong.
so she moved around again, passing by couples shamelessly making out on the couches. there were loud wasted people dancing around, but still no signs of chittapurr.
"whiskey," she muttered as she sat down in one of the high chairs. the bartender nodded and crouched down to get a glass from the cabinet below the counter. seulgi set her eyes on him, most especially at the glass to make sure that her drink won't be spiked. when the drink was served, she took another look and later drank from it once she was sure that it was fine.
"a big club for a small business," she uttered. "smart. it's a fucking pain in the ass looking for that chittapurr."
she looked up only to see the bartender's confused look. to prevent the situation from being awkward, he went out of the counter and wandered off to wherever.
once again she looked around, trying to see any thai supplier in the club. her eyes start from the left and moved around, landing on a young girl on her right.
well, she didn't look that young. the girl looked legal enough to be in a club. she was talking to a boy next to her, but something tells seulgi that the boy was just a random dude she flirted with to get drinks. in the end, her assumption was right.
seulgi let the heavy nervousness she's feeling out, convincing herself that perhaps they were just some lost soulmates who found each other in the club. places like these can also be amazing, you know. that's literally what clubs are for—entertainment. to mingle around, socialize, and meet new people.
