"taeyong- dude!"

yuta rushed to a struggling taeyong, trying to bring him away from a suspicious man trying to tackle him down.

"you guys were there in the club! where is he?!" the man continued as he threw more punches to the poor leader.

things were starting to get bad but thankfully there weren't any neighbors peeking out of curiosity yet. soon other trefoil members also went out to drag the chaos inside instead of noising it out in the middle of the night.

"where the fuck is he?!" the man gritted is he as he attempted to throw another punch to the leader. luckily, yuta and youngho were able to hold him back before taeyong's nose starts to bleed.

"calm down kun," he says to the latter. "we did go to the club."

the four other members looked at the ash brown haired boy, worrying on what will he say to the raging friend of their victim. as much as kun's tantrums and all were getting on their nerves, they can't blame him for it. if one of them got caught on a raid they would go feral too.

"we didn't know that it would happen. we were really just trying to buy the usual for our new kill order," taeyong started. "until... until after the transaction, all the chaos happened."

youngho kept a straight face but confused questions started to form in his mind. taeyong was lying, that's a fact.

"we went back to make sure that ten got out before he gets caught but..."

the trefoil spy raised a brow as he listened to taeyong's words.

"there were other people... agents i think, who were at the bar," he said.

kun's mood just got worse at the mention of the word 'agents'. "that was because they were after you! you and your stupid plans!'

right. another true fact.

"no... they were the ones back in the last case," taeyong continued with his act. "they were reinvestigating drug cases. that's must've been why they found the club."

kun's face was starting to show a calm expression but small hints of doubt hung on it. "we know that because i've been trying to get information about them, for such purposes that i don't have to say," youngho added to back taeyong's excuses up.

a moment of silence occurred in the room. kun remained speechless at the overwhelming news. as much as he wants to protest and continue to start a fight with these five men, his mind is still too cloudy to even come up with a decision. ten is in danger of going to jail and getting killed, treofoil says that it was unexpected, but a few more thoughts just couldn't stop going through his mind.

they were the one who ordered on a sketchy time. to kun and most probably his other members, it seemed like a trap.

but trefoil wouldn't cooperate with the people hunting for them, right?

"we'll help you," taeyong uttered. "all of us will be dead once this reaches boss."

one thing that this slick leader  knows is that any information regarding their case will never reach the public. as always, because of reputation purposes.

that's why coming up with a story like this would be easy. no one knows about what's been going on and how the elite agents are seriously flopping. with a hidden story, you can always mix and change the pages.

"we're trying to find out where we can get ten fast based on youngho's info. he's under the agents' custody and not the police's for sure. once we find out we'll plan an escape for him right away," taeyong explained.
